Check their size chart to figure out the size that you need. If you're an average sized guy (or even a fit/toned one) who normally wears a large in regular clothing, you may need to go down a size at the very least. Their gauge is for big bodybuilders. For example, their large is "body builder large", which is medium at best for anyone else. If you get the right size, the shirt is nice & comfortable.

This Henley shirt is very comfortable and slim fitted. I love the color that I chose. It is not too short and is just the right size. It hugs the arms and upper body, not too wide in the stomach area. I am 6 ft 1 in 250 lb muscular lean and is not always easy to find shirts that fit. This worked well in XL, sometimes I need an XXL.I would say order your own size. This shirt is meant to show up the body. You should be in decent shape. Overall, the fit, the finish, and the style, 5 stars. Another great addition. Go on and grab this if you are in decent shape and looking at these reviews. Not great fit. Not great quality.

The shirt is cool, the fit is what I was looking for; not too large, close to skin. But if you’re q little picky like I am you’ll notice the difference on the neck noticed as in the picture they show which for me gives it a better esthetic. Overall it’s a nice shirt but wouldn’t have bought it without the next motive.

Fits true to size, soft and flexible fabric, light weight but feels durable. Not a heavy or thick shirt if that's what you're looking for. Good quality.
