Not Working After Short Use
Not Working After Short Use I purchased the ZEBRONICS Pure Plus 4K Webcam on 7th October and used it normally for about two weeks. It worked fine initially, but now it no longer connects to my PC — no device is detected, no video feed, and I have tested multiple USB ports and even tried it on another PC with the same result. Given that the product stopped working so quickly, it appears to be a defective unit. I am requesting either a full refund or a replacement. Pros: Good resolution and video quality while it worked. Cons: Stopped functioning suddenly after a short period of normal use. Unusable now. At this point, I cannot recommend this product unless the after-sales support or return process is reliable.

MacBook-Level Camera Quality on Windows, at a Budget Price
This webcam delivers beyond expectations. Easy setup, crisp quality, and budget-friendly. Honestly, it feels like having a MacBook-level camera on a Windows laptop. Just wished the mic had noise cancellation but if you are using an external that solves the problem.

Recommended for online presentations, not for yoga teachers.
The product is good. But does not completely solve my problem. I am a yoga teacher, and I need to depend on my phone to make my students watch my entire mat and body. Otherwise the video quality is good. Not recommended for yoga teachers, recommended for office people. Great for online presentations.
