Expensive Ortho Wax
This is a hard review to write because I really wanted to like Embellie Gellie. Who wouldn't want to like a product that sends your mouth on a ginormous roller coaster every time you say its name? I do like Embellie Gellie. Less than I thought I would...and a whole lot less than the cost.Trying to pick up seed beads, chatons, tiny holeless marbles, etc, is a major pain in the you-know-what. When you try to pick up/place tiny embellishments, frustration WILL occur. I've bought similar items in my quest to remove this stressor from my life...but other products have failed. Enter Embellie Gellie. Sounded like the answer to my problems! (I'm a pretty simple chick.)I had a serious issue with the price, mostly the shipping fees. I hate it when shipping is almost as much as the item you are purchasing. Especially when the product is small and lightweight. But I digress... After one particularly frustrating day, I got over my shipping fee annoyance and purchased it. It arrived quickly - but I still can't figure out why the shipping is so high. It's basically an orangewood stick, a thin, flat, plastic container or box, a sheet of cardstock with the instructions, and a zipper bag.Inside the pink plastic container/box? (A substance that looks an awful lot like) ORTHODONTIA WAX!Now, I'm not saying that's what this stuff is...but when it looks like wax, smells like wax, feels like wax, and works like wax, you have to call it what it is...WAX. Unless you're fancy - then you can bust out the fun Embellie Gellie name.Go to the grocery store, head for the "oral care" aisle. Find the "wax for braces"...now go to the cosmetics aisle - usually these items are close together - and find the "orangewood sticks". Pay. Go home. Take a small pinch of wax and roll it into a ball. Now slide the pea-sized ball onto the tip of the orangewood stick. There ya go! I just saved you several days of waiting and approximately $5-6. Don't applaud...it's just a special skill I have. Don't waste money on frivolous supplies.Unless you really, really like the pink container.

I love this stuff
I love this stuff, and I am buying stock in the company. I used it for nail art (rhinestones). I kept getting upset because I was dropping them all the time. I tried a lot of different waxes and pencils. This has worked better than any of them. I am purchasing again! It would be amazing for any projects where you have to apply small pieces. One thing, make sure you put it up (store it away) when you are finished working because it is so good that will pick up dust and other small particles.

Works Great
I really like this stuff. I use it for nail art. It is very simple and very easy to use. As long as you don't put too much of it on the end of the stick, it will not leave any marks or mess on whatever your project may be.This is really best for smaller projects such as nail art. It would most likely be quite tedious to use for beading as someone else mentioned because you would be constantly dipping into the Gellie.I would definitely recommend this to friends.

Embellishment greatness!
Bought Embellie Gellie for putting teeny tiny beads or inexpensive rhinestones on handmade greeting cards. When I used a pair of tweezers the beads would slip out and go shooting who knows where. This product does exactly what they said it would. Yea! No more shooting beads! Put a tiny dot of glue where you want a bead and use the Gellie on a stick to place the bead right where you want it. Best thing since sliced bread!

Good for nail art
I am a big fan of Robin Moses, I follow her on youtube, and because of her inspiration I will be starting cosmetology school this Monday August 19th. I purchased Embellie Gellie along with cogs and gears to do steampunk gears. It was perfect, I had no problems picking up the smallest peices, and my nails turned out great.

Don’t Waste Your Money!
This did not work as advertised! Wish I could send it back. A joke.

Love it
This works perfectly. I owned it in the past, but at that time I didn't really understand the concept. Now that I'm using more embellishments and more details dies I don't know how I could do without it. I do have the quick stick pen, but I prefer the embellie gellie.

Is good
I had to get used to it, but after I did it works great. I like it for what it is.
