QUICK RELIEF FROM NECK PAIN : In just 15 minutes a day, you can conveniently and effectively use cervical traction device to relieve neck pain, shoulder discomfort and TMJ problems. Let you sleep better and start the day refreshed. Review: The User Manual says it might take (1-3) days to adapt to it, but it felt good to me the 1st time I used it. The heat was relaxing & I could have gone to sleep. I thought it would be uncomfortable, being made from hard plastic - especially since there are only 2) height positions. (It could probably use 1) more, a little lower - but what do I know, that might make it less effective). Trying to follow directions: I couldn't lay flat on my back, with my arms/ hands up by my head (my old body wouldn't let me...lol), but arms by my sides worked. I set the timer on the highest heat for 15 minutes & it automatically turned off when the time was up. It is not especially well made, but you don't have to spend a fortune for something to work. "This Little Guy is a Keeper" & it will definitely go in "My" personal massage ~ therapy bag! Review: Yes it gets warm, but who has USB power readily available where you might use it? No USB power adapter provided, so powering it is somewhat impractical. It's made of relatively hard plastic and I found it to be uncomfortable to use for more than a couple of minutes, so I doubt it will see any consistent usage. All in all I can't really recommend it.

Sometimes it takes a bit to find the right spot to place the "TEMASH Cervical Traction,Neck Decompression for Neck Pain Relief and Muscle Tension" but I found that to be the case mostly when I was tensed up, experiencing pain, cold, stressed etc. Basically, exactly when I needed it! It's worth taking the time to find the right spot and moving it around a bit as needed because with the correct placement and heat it relaxes my body. My problem now is I relax so much that I sometimes fall asleep! Never would have dreamed it would be that comfortable when I first got it because it doesn't make a great first impression. It comes with approx 5'9" (total) USB type cordage (adapter not included for plugging into wall outlet). 28" down from the unit is where you adjust the heat and timer. Both work well and it shuts off as it should. I'm not a fan of the tiny 2.5" x 7/8" attached remote as it is so tiny and I had to get it quite close to my face to read the lettering & numbers to adjust the settings when I first got it. Now that I've used it awhile it's easier since I can tell by the blue lights if it's where I want. There are only two buttons on it so it's very easy to understand and use. With the remote being so small and attached to the cord on each end it ends up all over the place and for some reason I keep grabbing it upside down so it does take some fiddling to use. I am especially going to appreciate this during the winter months after coming in out of the cold. Especially when I have the time to allow it to lull me to sleep! I'm looking forward to that!

I tend to get headaches after sitting at a computer all day, bending my neck down. So, I got this product to help stretch out my neck and decompress my spine in that area. It did not help, and in fact made matters worse with only a few uses. The instructions say that you may experience discomfort within the first week, but my discomfort was so great that I could not continue using for the supposed benefits after a week of consistent use. So, that being said, I only used the product 3 different times, each time of which I had neck pain for two days after. The product is made of a very hard plastic, and the middle part is just a piece of fabric laid over the plastic. There is no padding. There are bumps to the side of the fabric that are apparently supposed to help cradle your neck, but my neck is too skinny to actually touch them, so they did nothing. When you first turn on the heat part, it sets it to "medium" heat, but that was HOT. I love heating pads and sitting in front of heaters, but I thought my neck was going to burn from that. The low setting is better. I would never use the high setting. It came with instructions, but was not clear on exactly how I should position my head, and which part of my neck should rest where, so I think I was using the product correctly, but there could be some user error there. All in all, I will not be using again.

Heats up fairly in about 15 mins, it has 4 temperature settings and 4 durations. It runs on USB powered, you’ll need your own AC adapter, or you can plug it into your computer’s USB port. The cord is about 5 feet. I propped it on the back of my chair, it wedges nicely between my chair and shoulder. The pressure applied to the neck in this seating position would be less than laying down though. The text in the control is small (6 point type), the control is the size of my thumb extended. It has two notches on the back, you can select a taller or lower position, the difference in height is 3/8”. The warm, plus the exerted pressure is soothing, feels like getting a massage.
