Except for the removal of the weekly calendar, everything is almost identical to its full-year counterpart, the A5 Cousin Hobonichi Techo, right down to the one-page-per-day layout, monthly calendars to cover the book's six months, and bonus pages in the back. The book cover is a cool, ice blue material sturdy enough to work well without putting it into a cover. Because the 6-month avec is half the size of its full-year counterpart, it's light and portable. You can also fill it as much as you like and the book won't become too thick or unwieldy with all the taped-in notes, photos, stickers, receipts, and anything else that strikes your fancy.
