I like the flavour which seems like spearmint to me - not too strong. Have followed the instructions and brushed twice a day for 2 minutes and spent 30 seconds swishing the toothpaste liquid around my teeth before spitting out. My sensitivity has eased considerably. Previously I was having to rub sensitive toothpaste around the affected teeth as well as brushing to keep things bearable. There is no doubt this is very expensive compared to Colgate/Sensodyne etc but it seems to be working well for me.

The toothpaste is great (I notice within days of stopping that my teeth hurt again!) but don't buy it from this seller. It's almost half the price everywhere else. I thought, for some reason, that I was getting two tubes for that price (£10.99). Must have muddled up the listings somewhere and only got one.Was shocked at that price. It costs £4 to send it back for a refund so pretty much not worth it. Lesson learnt.

If you have sensitive teeth you MUST buy this product. Having used several of the market leading brands of sensitive toothpaste with varying effect, my tooth sensitivity got so bad (using the most well known sensitive toothpaste) that hot, cold and any pressure at all on the tooth was excruciating. It was constantly throbbing. I have now been using BioMin F for about ten days and my tooth has got better every day to the point now where it is barely sensitive at all! I can chew peanuts, drink hot coffee or soup and hardly notice a thing, and this has been improving every day and after only ten days it is almost normal. Incredible. It's bit more expensive than other toothpastes but if you have sensitive teeth it is worth every penny, it is nothing short of a miracle!

I'm a convert. This toothpaste outperforms most whiteners I have tried and is a lot easier to use (as it essentially just a much better toothpaste that cleans and polishes).

I suffered badly with my teeth aching due to over sensitivity. Tried other well know tooth sensitive brands which didn’t work. Within three days Of using morning and night, the pain had gone. This toothpaste is incredible! Would highly recommend!

Genuinely feel ones teeth healing up (over a period of a few days). Sensitivity decreases, and even the odd aches disappear. Remember to follow instructions, do not rinse, etc...

Great tasting toothpaste and one of the best I have used for sensitive teeth. Great flavour with no after taste and leaves my mouth and teeth feeling fresh
