Great
Delicious! More crumbly than creamy, unless left at room temperature. Can't recommend highly enough. In a salad with baby spinach, it was superb.

One of my favourite cheeses. Soft and crumbly, and very garlicy! Goes great with Carr's cheesy crackers ;-) You're welcome :-)

A star among cheeses
Where to start? Difficult not to eat it straight from the pack. Wonderful sandwiches, great on toast, and if you pop it in the microwave for 15 seconds it is smooth to use and not so crumbly. Boil some tiny potatoes, squish them, salt and pepper, eat warm with softened Boursin. Brilliant on sweet stem broccoli. On pasta. Can’t stop eating it.
