Great for pizza bases
I use this with Italian Tipo 000 flour - I simply exchange the Caputo with around 10% of the Tipo flour for the pizza base dough and also use the Caputo to flour my table top. I then use the dough to make mini pizzas for the freezer. Makes a great crispy crunchy pizza

Very nice
Great quality, and I've made some lovely pasta with this. I can't speak to other, earlier reviews, but in October 2023 I didn't have any issues with packaging. Paper bagged flour always sheds a little, and this looked fine to me.

Best before date only gives 1 month.

Not cheap, but the right stuff for authentic Italian dishes
Quite expensive unless bought in larger quantities, but still good value, as the taste and fineness are excellent. Makes a huge difference to foccaccias, pizzas or rustic Italian bread.
