Their suggested serving is 1 capsule a day, although they do contradict that further down the back of the pouch by saying one or two a day. Assuming we're on one a day, the pouch is a 4 month supply. I think the price is reasonable for that length of time.The capsules are of the average size for powder supplement capsules, and I didn't have any issues swallowing them, nor did I notice a flavour or taste when doing so. There's only a faint smell from the bag of capsules.They have added Vitamin B6 to this, so if you are supplementing that you may not need to keep that going while taking this to meet your desired level of vitamin B. Personally, I prefer my supplements to be fairly pure because unless it's a multi-vitamin, I'm only interested in the main supplement anyway and some added extras are things you don't actually want to take more of because it's appeared in three of your other supplements.If you want to supplement with l-tyrosine you won't have any quality issue with these capsules, so as long as the price remains reasonable for your needs, I don't see any reason you'd have issues with the product.

L-Tyrosine is an amino acid that has to do with your body synthesizing things like dopamine and serotonin so understandably the idea is that by boosting it with supplements you can manage stress and mood a bit better and perhaps also your mental performance, its why it tends to be used as a part of other supplements a lot. If you feel you only need 1 capsule per day the packet lasts a full 4 months though 2 months at 2 per day still seems decent. Only issue I see, even though it doesn't affect me (I think) is its use of magnesium stearate as while it is pretty common among capsule supplements it does seem to causes headaches for some people. If that is not the case though then its probably recommendable to give it a try.

Tyrosine is one of those substances where if you’re ok up top you may not notice much difference. But if things are out of balance it may help (think it’s a bit like ginseng in that regard).Honestly. Don’t know. I take a ton of tablets. So it’s hard to isolate whether one does something ‘special’. Dose seems comparable (for the price) to others on Amazon.

I usually have L-Tyrosine before a workout, to help me get into the mood, I saw this but didn't see magnesium stearate when ordering, for the sake of my reviews I'll always take one for the team, and had one, it didn't taste of anything as I thought, but did give me a slight headache. I only get these headaches with magnesium salts of fatty acids, and thus why If you take that ingredient out, and up the L-tyrosine dose to at least 1000mg which is what I normally have, I'd rate 5, as I know L-tyrosine works at the right amount, but don't want to take 2 pills with magnesium stearate.I do like the B6 although it's from synthetic source Pyridoxine hydrochloride, it does go well with L-tyrosine as it improves the absorption of L-tyrosine, and helps with the brain function, and mood. It is gluten free, vegan friendly, and contains 120 capsules, enough for 120 days supply as dosage is 1-2 capsules per day with water.I normally take these on empty stomach, as I use it as a pre-work out, however due to that 1 ingredient magnesium stearate, that just speeds up manufacturing process, and used as a binder, emulsifier, thickener etc.. I have to donate or throw them out, vegan doesn't always mean healthy.

This is a simple no nonsense supplement. It mainly contains only the one ingredient you purchased it for. It comes in a pouch which I'm not a fan of. I prefer plastic containers which can be recycled or glass bottles but not pouches as pouches can be cumbersome to use. I understand it may make the overall product cheaper due to less packaging costs but as I always tend to transfer supplement that are supplied in pouches to bottles (plastic/glass) I would prefer they were supplied in the first instance. The capsules are medium size but easy to swallow. It's 2-4 months supply depending on wether you take 1-2 capsules per day @ 1 capsule per day It's reasonably priced.
