Sea moss was recommended to me by a gym instructor and I googled the benefits it had on the body, giving me mineral that I would not get from my food I eat, my diet is not the best - so taking these for health benefits, thru are easy to swallow.

I HAVE TAKEN THESE TABLETS MY EYES FOCUSED BETTER I AM NOT TAKING THEM NOW BECAUSE I HAVE BOWEL CANCER DOCTORS TOLD ME TO NOT TAKE TO MANY SUPPLIEMENTS BUT NO PROBLEM WITH THESE TABLETS AND I DO TAKE THE ODD ONE NOW.

I'm sure they contain what they say they do but I had no effect from these on top of my current stack. I'd hazard that the trace elements may be of desirable elements but probably not enough quantity of any to actually provide you any practical advantage

Really good way to get extra minerals, have seen some improvement with my stomach issues. Definitely recommend!
