Customer service is a 5 Star but product is a one star. Could never get it to work used all the sheets trying different things advised by their customer service. Finally after a lot of back and forth emails I was told that I had to take the image off the backing and only iron the actual image. I tried that and was unable to remove just the image with out tearing it. Bought Avery brand and it worked perfect the first time.

Easy to use. I've ordered a couple of times. Much easier than some other brands I've purchased. Directions are on the listing and not in the package so you'll have to go back and read them.

Definitely not what I was expecting...I have an amazing printer and even on best setting the ink looks awful. When i tried cutting with my Cricut, it didn't get a clean cut, even with a new blade. Definitely would not recommend. Sorry I bought 2!!

This stuff was awful! We wasted the entire pack on trying to do 1 design. No matter what we did this stuff would not iron on. So upset I wasted the money on this for it to not work!

if i could give this a zero i would! THIS IS NOT VINYL, it's just a piece of paper!! I tried every way possible with each sheet and even tried peeling the vinyl with transfer paper! IT DOES NOT WORK!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

The product description says printable HTV vinyl!! It’s not vinyl it’s paper transfer!! I’m only giving it a 2 star because it came in early!

Although I was able to print on it, I had to cut it manually with scissors and was looking for one that I could use a print and cut feature on a cutting machine.

Worked ok. When applied it lost a little color. It was getting a little transparent. Otherwise did ok
