Q: There are 2 pairs of clasps that one could fasten the strap to. Should it have come with 2 straps??

Hi, thanks for your email and sorry for the misunderstand, we put 2 clasps just hope you can adjust the height according to your furniture, but only need to use 1 strap please.

Q: How do you use the strap?

It goes on the back of the sofa. There are two clasps on each end to hook the strap too then stretch it across to the other end on the back of the sofa. I got a chair cover as well. Love them. Unfortunately the sofa did not come with a the elastic strap. Otherwise great.

Q: Is it suppose to have the elastic strap mine did not come with the strap

My cover for the recliner did not come with the elastic strap to secure it. Who do I contact about this? I went with this one because of having the elastic strap. Thank you.

Q: Will this prevent cat pee from soaking through to the chair underneath?

Hi, this our sofa chair protector will protect your furniture in a good conditions, but they are not 100% soaking proof, it should remove immdiately after accident
