The unit is still working fine. The faulty UV light was a false alarm. I mistakenly used the plug from another item, that looked similar. The unit still turned on, and could hear the ultrasonic motor going, but the UV light did not go on. Disappointed, I submitted the 2 star review. When the replacement unit came; I noticed the plug on the new unit didn’t look exactly like the one I was using on the older unit. I then, was able to find the correct plug for the older unit, and retried it. It worked properly. It was human error, not a faulty unit.My apologies.

I ordered this in December but did not start using until 2//1/25.As of 4/5/25 it stopped working! I sent an email to Hongrsmy on 4/7/25 and have not heard back from them. What can I do now?

Apparently I didn't look at the fine print. I had to return this product as I felt it was simply too small for my needs. I never used it so I can't speak for it's functionality.

Not sure how to measure the effectiveness of this device. It does not change yellowed guards to new looking. Might be snake oil or not.

Works good for cleaning my mouth guard

Construction quality is pretty solid, with decent materials. However the ultrasonic function fails to remove the most basic of debris from items. May do better if it would run for more than 5 minutes at a time ( the cycle time). Also, worryingly so, even while not activated, but plugged in; the device would get quite warm. If not for the water in the bath, I'm not sure how hot it would have really gotten.

I wouldn't recommend buying this product. It seems to have little effect on the quality of cleaning. You can achieve the same results with a cup and some cleaning tablets.

The cleaner worked well while it lasted, but unfortunately, it stopped working exactly after one month. Luckily, this happened on the last day of the return window and not the day after. Disappointed with the durability.
