Superb reference and recipe book
I am a chilli addict and already have this book. It was bought as a gift for a similar chilli addict. It is very comprehensive, not just a list of recipes. At the start, it has a an absolute wealth of information on types of chillies and their various applications. The recipes are very wide and varied across the range of starters, mains and desserts. Their octane rating ranges from pussycat tingle to NASA rocket fuel but of course you can adjust the recipe to suit your own tastes. (And so you should - a recipe is for the guidance of wise men and the blind obedience of the unadventurous!) We use this book at least twice a week and have never been disappointed. Thoroughly recommend it to everyone who likes chilli. One of the best I have seen.

Yummy
Longer recipes but nice food results. Recommended if you fancy some nice recipes. Quite a thick book. Some of the recipes take a while to do.

Red Hot - A Cooks Encyclopedia of Fire & Spuce
I love this book, this is my second copy and bought for my daughter as she loves it to:) A great but for anyone who likes cooking with a bit of spice!!

Fantastic
This book is an absolute must for lovers ofhot and spicey food. There are dozens and dozens of first class recipes. Well worth the money !

First-class cookbook
One of my favourite cookbooks. It's not linked to geography so the recipes bring in cuisines I'm not so familiar with. If you're a chilli head, then this is the book for you
