Q: does it have Voice command control like Voyager 5200 for answering orvrejecting calls

Hi, you can answer the calls in Voyager Free 60by inserting the earbuds, mute off and pause/resume music by removing earbuds. The exact function can be configured using the Poly lens app.

Q: can i connect to my laptop?

If your laptop has Bluetooth...then yes.

Q: how is the call quality if you use just 1 earbud?

It is actually good. I prefer using one earbud than two. I feel too much pressure going into my ear with two of those. My caller said I sounded so clear and I was using one. Even though I returned this, I don't think it is bad. certainly not worth 200 bucks though.

Q: How is this compare to Voyager 5200. I had the Voyager 5200 since 2016 and need a replacement and been waiting for a new model similar to 5200.
