Very happy, looks great, just what I wanted
I absolutely love this set, it’s exactly what I was hoping for. Assembly certainly took a while, but I appreciated the amount of screws to make this a sturdier set. I’m a pretty small female, somewhat handy, and I built this myself in around 4-5 hours. It sounds like a lot but there are also just a lot of screws to put in each piece. I thought the instructions were okay, but I’m also accustomed to building Ikea furniture so any words are nice. There was one section that didn’t note to put a screw in one of the spots, but I was able to figure it out based on how the other pieces were assembled. It’s nice and sturdy and comfortable enough. As others noted, it does come in 4 boxes and it’s best to work on it one box at a time, as the pieces are labeled starting with A in each box. I’m very pleased with this item and could see myself buying more items from this company in the future. Assembly was long yes, but for the price I still feel it was worth it.

Good Looking / Fair Quality / Challenging Assembly
I read the previous reviews and decided to take my chances. The overall sentiment of the previous reviews led me to believe that this is a good product once the pains of assembly are overcome. I decided to order and here is my experience.DELIVERY - I Did not have any issues with delivery. Five or Six large boxes arrived, all in good condition. (See enclosed picture). They were not too large or excessively heavy so carrying and moving the shipped boxes was not an issue.UNPACKING - No issues unpacking. All items are situated in plastic bags and are labeled with Letters (Example A, B, C). Note that there are pieces that look identical that are labeled differently. What I recommend and what I did is to lay them all out on the floor, segregating them by individual piece in groups that look identical. Then within each of those groups separate parts by letter. This will make it easier for you while later assembling under the provided instructions.INSTRUCTIONS - I did not find the instructions to be difficult. Yes they could have been a little clearer but they are not bad. If you lay out your pieces in the above mentioned organized manner, it will be easier. Whatever the instructions may not clearly relay to you, you can use common sense if you are organized with the part positioning and assembly. At some point it becomes a process of part elimination and is simply common sense.ASSEMBLY - OK, here is where most people have had issues and I for one have to agree based on my experience. The biggest issue for me was the fact that some of the pieces simply did not line up properly. Meaning the holes for the screws on one piece were off by about 1/2" or 1" from another piece that you are supposed to connect it with. This is extremely frustrating because it's simply a manufacturing error. The pieces you need to screw together are sturdy and solid enough where you cant just easily muscle your way through the problem by bending to try to make things align and fit. I would say that about 90% of all holes align well, but for the remaining 10% it is an absolute nightmare. My way around it was to buy bigger screws and put them in at an angle or simply leave those unscrewed. They do supply you with a small power drill to help you with the screwing but quite honestly its useless. Not that the power drill does not work (yes its under powered) but simply because the positioning of the screw and screw holes does not allow you the space or maneuverability to use a power tool. YOU WILL have to do almost all of this by hand with the supplied manual L key tool. There is now way around it. In order to get this properly assembled, you will need to use the L-Key for almost every screw and even then it's difficult because of the positioning of the screw holes (see enclosed picture). This is what takes up most of the time. I assembled this myself, and consider myself an intelligent and handy person and it took me 5 hours. Not because I was standing there scratching my head as to what to do, but simply because of the time it took to manually and by hand screw it all together facing some of the alignment issues. Can you overcome this and do it? YES...........is it frustrating to a point where some may want to give up? YESOTHER ISSUES - I received a couple of the cushioned seats without the Velcro that is used to attach it to the wicker part. I contacted Suncrown and they quickly send me replacement cushion covers. I asked a bunch of other questions, that I did not get answers to. It does appear that there is a language barrier and a communication issue with the manufacturer/seller. They are hard to understand and i'm sure they don't understand our questions too well.I also noticed that some of the wicker pieces seemed scuffed and scratched. Not all of them but about half. like they were rubbing against something for a long time. Not a big deal, but not Brand new looking as expected right out of the box.Another issue was that a lot of the supplied screws broke. As I was tightening them they would crack. I had to get my own screws. If you have the same issue buy screws that are about 1/2 longer to help you potentially compensate for alignment issues.END RESULT - Overall, once assembled the product looks and feels good. You will feel like you've accomplished something once you get through the assembly battle. But it's nice to see that the product you struggled to assemble for a couple of hours becomes a good looking, sturdy product. Is it worth the $750? I would say yes but not a penny more. If there were no assembly issues and this was a point and click type of assembly it would be a good deal, but because of the headaches and issues surrounding the assembly, it's just OK.PROs' - End product looks exactly as pictured. Good (not great) quality. In line with price.CON's - Assembly.Overall, if you decide to buy this and undertake the assembly challenge and win, you will be rewarded with a fair quality, good looking outdoor furniture set. Good Luck!UPDATE 5/1/2018 - I have decided to increase my rating from 3 start to 4 starts because of the following:A SunCrown representative reached out to me today, and spoke to me for about 20 minutes inquiring about the issues and difficulties i experienced with assembly. He spoke perfect English and was genuinely interested in my issues in an effort to improve on the product going forward and the experience for future customers. He indicated that SunCrown is a young company that is continuously looking to improve on their product and satisfy their customers, but as with any young company there are growing pains. He assured me that my feedback, and that of others here is being monitored and used to improve the product and experience. With that said, I can respect the effort and courtesy and drive for improvement. As I've previously indicated, the end result after the assembly is a really nice Furniture set. And I am happy with it. If Suncrown can improve on the assembly challenges it will be a 5 star product. Good Luck Everyone!

Yes, get it!!! Deep seats, quality cushions, and great size!
Man, the patio furniture options post covid life are slim to none. Trust me, I've looked! I went all over the valley trying to find a comfy couch for my patio to no avail. Then I spent lots of time looking on Amazon for a good patio set until I settled on this. The reason why I did is that almost all the other reviews with furniture similar to this mentioned that the seats were not deep enough and/or the cushions were too thin and uncomfortable. Basically, they were cheap! This patio set is maybe a little more expensive than some of the others but it is definitely worth the price. Like for real. The cousins are super thick and firm and the seats really deep and wide. I could easily fall asleep on it and be comfortable. Love, love love this patio set. Highly recommend it.As far as assembly goes, I did hire someone to help. Her comments were that the instructions are shoddy and unclear. She figured it out in 2.5 hours.

Excellent customer service!!
A little tough to put together. I’m a VERY handy & mechanical guy. This should have taken about 45 mins max, to put together. It took me 2-1/2hrs!! Holes didn’t align properly and Allen bolts were too short at times. I had to use clamps to squeeze frames together on multiple pieces and had to hammer the holes to crush them in to shorten the distance for the bolt to reach the other end where it screws in. The furniture is beautiful though!! I really like it. Cushions are great. I do recommend it...but be prepared to be a little frustrated. I also used a small socket wrench with an Allen wrench head to fit into the tighter spots where the drill won’t go. The drill is a major plus too!!!!The single bolt in the picture took me about 15mins to get it to finally grab the other side!I submitted this review on Thursday night as a 3 star. The customer service department reached out to me the next day and apologized that I had a bad experience putting the sectional together. They asked what issues I had were very receptive to my input. Because the company reached out so quickly, that makes up for the frustration of putting it together. I really appreciate a company that cares about their customers!! Thank you very much!!
