Q: Is this product thick and white?? Just opened it three days ago and Was not completely full. Shook up and was ok, but now so thick wil l not come out

No, it should be a peachy color and not very thick. You may have a defective bottle.

Q: I bought this and it’s murky, doesn’t look like the picture here. Was yours transparent like the picture or murky?

By murky if you mean like cloudy - yes, mine was too. However it should not look dirty - it can be whitish in color. Many serums are not clear/transparent - just fyi. Also I recommend patch testing it first. I have discovered vitamin C serums do not suit me as my skins is sensitive and burns after applying them
