The magnets are apparently made of ferrite, which is a composite of ceramic and a mix of iron and perhaps other metal oxides. They have some sort of surface finish which gives them a rainbow sheen, but they're quite reflective and almost mirror-like. The two large spheres are fairly strong magnets so that one will hold the other strongly enough to resist gravity. The smaller, pebbly chunks are weaker magnets, and their smoothness gives them a subtle feel when shaped and handled. You can even construct an arch using them, though the magnetism is too weak to support a large one, but many shapes and strings are possible. Very nice desktop addition!

The magnetic wasn’t the strongest they quiet weak and my godness cause a huge mess if falls, still haven’t found after of them yet but my son does enjoying plying with them
