D3D Model: D10 White Wireless WiFi/GSM Sensor Security System with 3 Pir Sensor , 3 Door Sensor , Wireless Doorbell and Outdoor Siren , 2 Remote

My humble request not buy this product with your hard earned money,Motion sensor is working fine, all door sensors will work with in 2 feet from control unit(if door sensors are placed in other rooms they will not work even for 5 feet distance) and moreover no single service center in india or abroad better look for godrej eagle i-pro security system

How to using for 4 days we found two problems the outdoor siren battery backup is not working means no battery it is a dummy battery no backup(not charging),And regarding the phone setting it's alerting unnecessarily giving calls at night

I am writing this after 5 months of usage. The D10 device has a severe WiFi bug which completely blocks access to the device from your smarphone. If your WiFi/Internet connection is down for at least 1 min (Which happens in Indian conditions at least once in a weak) , the D10 device wouldn't be reachable over WiFi even after your home WiFi/internet connection is restored. Only option is to power off the D10 device for 2 mins and then power on. I ended up doing this once in few days and remote access to the device is not possible if you are out of station for few days. This really kills the purpose of a security system. I reported the issue to D3D customer care and no response so far. So far I experienced very poor response for this issue. No one reached out to me even after contacting on Whatsapp/email/Phone.

Easy to set up and easy to use. Setting can be changed to your liking on whatever room you wish to arm. You can have a full set which will activate all sensors or you can customise the home set option to arm only the sensors you wish (very handy if you have a dog, which I do). Alarm siund comes from the box outside as well as the main control panel, making for a loud alarm to warn off any wannabe intruders.

I could install the system easilyand the alarm unit was workingproperly except for one pir sensor.when I called the D3DTeam they immediately responded and they replaced thePir sensor with a new sensor.I would like to thank Ms Meghnaand the technical team for theirQuick response though I am inMysuru.Ranganath.

The product was as I expected, I just really like the D3D services after sales and before sales. The installation video was very clear and easy to install.Important features are:- SIM and Wi-Fi based alert facility- configure 5 mobile nos. of get the alarm alert- inbuild battery backup up to 3-4 hrs- completely wireless solution- good customer support from D3D for installationWorth for the money..

Using since 1 year. Working fine . Motion sensors detection range is good. Never used othe sensor other then motion sensor. Sometimes it goes offline without any reason
