Bought this for my man and he loved it. Said it made him sweat a lot during workouts and he is generally not a person that sweats much. This was the second one he has got and he liked this one better than the other. Easy to put on, gives you a good sweat during workouts, and comfortable. He loved it so much I had to get one for myself and I love mine too! Definitely worth it.

In all fairness, I've only worn the belt for a few hours over the past few days & of course it's way too early to see results. Even though I have little faith that it'll do what it implies, it is comfortable & does give my lower back support.

Simple works as expected and durable. I recently had an anterior hip replacement. I use this belt to hold my ice pack in place. It stays put even with significant movement on my part.

Not durable….easily bunched. Cleaning is a chore. It’s a great idea but needs one strap instead of three. Need better more exorbitant fabric.

I love the fit of this belt very well made would recommend this purchase.

It does not stay up where I want it. Even if I get it very very tight. Had to buy some suspenders to keep it where it belongs. Not down around my butt.
