Best torch in the Indian market !!
This is my second purchase from Amazon for the same torch and I can say that Wipro Emerald is "By far the best torch in Indian market". Period. You can go for cheaper unbranded alternatives whose specifications are good on paper but they wouldn't perform anywhere near this one. Either their brightness will not be upto the mark or the focus spot not proper or battery dies out quickly. But this one excels in everything. It's light weight and easy to carry. The brightness and focus is great and you can see nearly 100m far with this. And the battery life is also very long. The only point to improve is its charging time. It takes more than 5 hrs to fully charge but still a great product at a great price. So you can buy Rs 200 cheaper torch which will start giving problems after few weeks or buy this one and forget about buying a new torch for years.

Charging function stopped working
Product is not up to the mark. Just six months completed product charging is stopped. The product of such renown company stop functioning properly is question of credibility of the company.

WIPRO EMERALD LED RECHARGEABLE TORCH Excellent product. Bought for Rs. 699/- during Great Indian Shopping Festival. Delivery received on time. I bought it for my farm and its working very well. The following are the features of Wipro Emerald LED Rechargeable Torch: 1. Light weight and fits well in hand. 2. Light beam is focused sharply and can see distant objects clearly. 3. The weak light mode is better than any other ordinary torch. 4. Its charging indicator changes colour from red to yellow and finally to green on full charge. 5. The body is made of durable and sturdy plastic material. 6. Comes with a removable shoulder strap. TECHNICAL DETAILS Dimensions 9 x 9.8 x 17.7 cm Charging time 6-8 hours Duration 2-2.5 hours/strong light and 9-10 hours/weak light Light source 5W Bright LED Battery 3.7V 3000 mAh Lithium battery Pros: 1.
