The size is not going to be what you expect. It is small but is actually very convenient. You can use this heat/cool pack with one hand and place it on the affected area. I haven't used it yet so I cannot comment on its quality and performance. I tried attaching a close-up picture of the product so you guys can get to know what kind of material it is. It feels like a thick version of the cloth used to make an umbrella?Overall, I'm really happy with the product because it seems promising.Also, I got lucky to get the star-print one. But you guys can get some other random colour too even though the product shows the star-printed one as it depends on the seller. I have seen customers rate this product with 1 or 2 stars just because they got a different colour, lol.So don't be disappointed if you don't get the same pattern as shown in the picture. It's a handy and convenient bag. I love it.

The bag material is really good. And the lock for cap is also pretty strong. But the size of the bag is quite small. It's just the size of my palm. I had bought this exact same bag for a friend earlier, and it was much bigger in size at the se price. It can be used for both hot and cold water.For spot pain treatment you can use this product.

I use this for both hot water massage and ice massage. It's a good product for this price

Bag is just 5.5inches, after deducting the part beneath the cap area etc it comes around 4 inches length when spread filling ice. Hence the price is high. It's Material is of good quality. Since it's small it has no flexibility, so you cannot spread the cooling easily just by adjusting a bit. I had big ice bag of 10 inch. It's torn, so bought this. This is really small for me. Good for knee or elbow, to a confined portion. Neither bad or good. Adjustable.

One of the worst quality products ever received from Amazon. It's of cheap quality and does not match the image in display . The product is very small than the image and is very sub standard. It developed a hole already and is damaged and no return policy as well. Worst ever received .
