Excellent highly portable and fast commuter scooter
As of the time of this review, I've clocked 62 miles on my GT SE.I had been searching (and trying out) a few different electric scooters over the last several weeks to see which one I could use for my daily commute. I needed something lightweight, easily portable, but with a high enough top speed for those few sections where urban planners had too many drinks and neglected to pave sidewalks (and/or add in painted bicycle gutters) and I had to share the road with cars. The E-TWOW (as I understand, is pronounced "e-two") GT SE checks all of those boxes, and offers great range, too boot! Before I list the pros, I'd like to first list what I think could be improved:- the throttle programming is very non-linear, which makes it tougher to be smooth with the throttle at higher speeds. It's not as bad as some other scooters I have tried, but it's not as smooth as some of them, either- the latch that you use to fold the scooter is pretty loose, and rattles on bumpy roads. It would be nice if there was some sort of bushing in there to help reduce the vibrationNow for the everything I like about it:- SPEED. I've reached 26mph on a flat road on this scooter, and it's a joyride. It doesn't bat an eyelash cruising at 19-20, a speed a lot of scooters can't even reach, let alone cruise- Stability and steering—I was honestly worried about the narrow width of the handlebars as compared to other models I've tried; turns out there was nothing to worry about! The steering is very stable, and I can even keep it steady with one hand, if really necessary- Suspension! This is my favorite feature. The front and rear suspension makes it so much more comfortable to ride on sidewalks and bumpy stretches of road. It also helps with stability- Portability—the handlebars fold down, and the scooter is designed to stay upright when folded (on the models I've tried, they folded at the stem instead of the base, and needed the kickstand to stay upright)- weight—this was a crucial factor when deciding my commuter scooter of choice. At 29lbs, it's incredibly hard to beat the feature set, speed, and range. The Unagi Model One was a consideration (at 26lbs), but it can't maintain 20mph cruising below 80% battery capacity and the range falls very much short of the GT SE- Range—I can easily go 20 miles without range anxiety, and likely north of 30 miles if I set a hard speed limitOverall, I'm very pleased with the end product. It's far from the cheapest e-scooter out there, but trust me—I've tried the cheaper ones—this is a night and day experience.

Reliable transportation and portable
I use this to get to work 3 miles to and 3 miles back. So far for a couple weeks 150 ish miles it's performed consistently great always able to go 6 miles or a little more on a single charge. The light it comes with is good for being seen and seeing a good distance forward. The app has not worked for me and I stopped trying to sync it but without it has not been problem without it.It's wheels haven't been malformed by the harsh streets and wear. Small bumps kind of scare me. It goes up Small inclines alright. It's fast and recommend safety precautions and not to drive it recklessly. Brakes work great but some methods of breaking will change direction and some planning should be considered to prevent serious injury. So far it's been worth the cost.

Great features but there are tradeoffs...
Pros and Cons with this scooter: Pros-- the handlebars fold down and it is light enough and small enough to load into my sportscar! That was a must for me. The speed is close to what promised, and it has lots of power for uphill. The range and battery life are quite good so far. The Customer Service I have gotten so far has been above and beyond. I had trouble registering the scooter and the CS rep, Tang, couldn't sleep until we solved the issue. One tip-- if your phone is display-Zoom mode, you will have issues with registration due to overlapping prompts lol. So, set display size on regular to register!Cons-- the app features are very limited, the solid tires are very jarring, despite the "shocks" the scooter is supposed to have, and the brakes are.. well, just be careful with that left power thumb brake-- it's crazy responsive. It is not easy to control either, I end up using the right brake lever and foot brake instead. Definitely needs practice. The throttle is just a thumb, and it doesn't stay on or have a cruise control like other scooters do... you have to keep your thumb on the accelerator even after setting a speed limit. Which can be a little much for extended periods. All in all, it's a good scooter, but if size and weight are not limiting factors I would check out others that are less pricey and have more comfort features and ride.
