Use to improve my reaction time for pickleball. I am a senior and at first I couldn't catch anything, but I have definitely noticed improvement. I throw it underhanded against a wall so the return isn't too far out of reach, but it still definitely gives me a workout. Can use it anywhere.

As advertised. Great for training reflexes (obviously), and very bouncy.

These are great for training your reflexes. I use them to help train kids in tennis classes and they actually love them.

These aren’t the same quality as some that my sons have used in the past. One of them broke within the first 10 minutes. They do work you just be a little more careful with them.

My kids and I use them for sports drills and fun challenges — great quality and bright colors make them easy to find.

This ball really IS a lot of fun - but it's harder than I expected! It's made of high-density rubber and I thought it would be at least a little bit soft - but not really. It's pretty hard. This is a bit of an issue because I got this to help with hand-eye coordination training for my kids. No dice! They're too hard. I would probably not recommend this for anyone under 12 or so. It bounces in unpredictable ways, which is quite fun, BUT... as I said, not really appropriate for younger kids. It feels good in your hand and since it's smaller you can really get a bit of speed on it. It's a lot of fun! Just my opinion - keep it away from younger kids. Also, probably don't let anyone throw it around inside the house. Definitely recommend.
