I’ve tried so many different water softeners and shower heads in the past and they have always been ok, not so bad, etc But this one in particular is totally worth the buck! Amazing product. Very premium feel and functionality of the shower head is also fantastic, works exactly as described. Hats off to the standard of packing, completely mind blowing.. Loved the experience so far and hoping it does a good job going forward and lasts the 6 months / 25000 litres.. Thank you WaterScience for the product!!

Works as advertised. However the indicator to change filter was already on and indicating 15 days when unboxed which I only realized later after reading the instruction manual. The box was packed and untampered. Water Sicence please take note! Rest the shower is good and the water quality has improved. Everyone in the family have noticed lesser hair fall. We have borewell water in our society as the municipal water is only used for drinking. Our society had taken this step to avoid wastage of drinking water. Thanks water science for this product.

I’m really happy with the WaterScience CLEO Shower Filter. While it took a few uses to notice the full improvement in water quality, the results are clear: my skin dryness is gone, and it has definitely helped control my hair fall. The shower experience is excellent, especially the Mist Mode. My daughter absolutely loves it! It’s perfect for the summer because even when the geyser water is very hot, the mist cools it down to a comfortable, pleasant temperature. Plus, the design actually helps save water. The best part? It’s incredibly easy to install. The box comes with all the necessary tools, so you don’t need a plumber at all.

Pros: Very easy to install. Impressive shower modes. Very uniform and gentle water force. My previous shower-head had a very forceful water flow. Need to use for a longer time to see the effect of the filter on Hairfall. Cons: The overall weight pulls the shower head down so it cannot be tilted at big angles. It just hangs down almost perpendicular to the floor. The rotating mechanism is too loose. Probably I need to stuff something at the joint to keep it intact.

Good packaging and information leaflet provided. Easy installation instructions also. It's been a couple of days only and it's too early to gauge the effectiveness. Will post an edited review in a month's time. The only downside (that's the reason for the 4 star raring) is that the spanner provided doesn't serve the purpose. Would have been good if some Teflon tape has also been provided. Had to use a wrench to complete the job.

I installed and can see the clear difference the normal tap water and filtered water , i checked hardness too using soap technique and it really works , will use it for 1 month and than will be able to give a proper review, but yes first impression is really good

⭐ 1/5 – Absolute waste of money This water softener is nothing but a glorified plastic box. I installed it exactly as instructed, waited patiently, followed every “maintenance” tip, and guess what? Zero difference. My water is just as hard as before. The limescale buildup didn’t reduce, soap still doesn’t lather properly, my skin feels dry, and my hair is as rough as ever. If this thing is supposed to “soften” water, then it clearly has no idea what its job is. What’s even more frustrating is the false marketing. Big claims, fancy words, and not a single real-world result. It doesn’t soften, doesn’t improve water quality, and definitely doesn’t justify its price. I could’ve saved money by doing literally nothing — the outcome would’ve been the same. This product gives a false sense of improvement while quietly doing absolutely nothing. I feel cheated, and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone unless they enjoy throwing money away. Avoid at all costs.
