Battery issue arising phone becomes very hot and red indication glows many a times. Not a perfect product.

A very good phone in this price.

Since I have bought this mobile, so many viruses are being downloaded by themselves as unwanted guests. The harmful virus like firewey and xhelper etc. are being downloaded by itself. So many ads are frequently displayed without permission. Download of adware , malware and virus, These are the problems. We are very careful not to visit any site that is not secured with https:// protocol. Hence the source of the frequent arresting of the mobile by unknown viruses is a mystery.Please arrange to send customer service executive to activate it because this mobile has completely shut down.Waiting For Your instant positive response

I purchased this phone from amazon and choosing this product is a bad decesion that i took in my life. This phone comes with in built malware virus. like settings,jdck, track24..etc which will never remove from device and will create irritating adds.. and phone will shutdown every time and it will show hell. you will never satisfy even a single day using this phone. why amazon is promoting the sellers and selling this phone. Getting 3GB RAM phone in low budget will create lot of hell after purchase. This is not a good phone compared to any second hand phone also. Requesting you dont go for this phone.

Worst Phone. I bought it and gifted it to someone. It started restarting at its own. Doesn't turns back on quite easily. Touch doesn't work property. All stated within 2 days of use. Amazon denied the return. The tech visit just did a normal can do it. Just reset the phone to the factory settings. Swipe would soon be clean swiped from the market. The service centers are beyond reach and almost negligible in number. This phone won't serve you, be ready to serve it. Having gifted it to a non techy senior person, I feel embarrassed.

This product is really good but after purchase I removed the virus which every swipe mobile is experiencing like unwanted apps installed in background and unwanted popups etc.Now it's working fine with Jio VoLTE SIM card as 1st SIM and airtel 4g as second sim.

Good phone but it has bloatwares in this device and it shows lot of ads on the screen which is so annoying and irritating. I would recommend not to buy this device.
