Wrong length rod sent as 15 foot out of stock but very good compensation deal given disappointing quantity on the tri pod

Line and rod broke. Seller not replying to message
On the first time using the rod the line snapped and took most of the rod with it. Only left with the handle now. Have tried to contact the seller but 2 weeks later and STILL no reply!!
