No need to buy if you have more money then move ahead

Quality is good , it's take my weight & doesn't gets bend while doing the Ab excercise.. @ first you won't stretch your body full as shown in workout sessions in YouTube takes time to make flexible.. The mat which comes with the product for knee is low Quality.

The quality is cheap. You definitely get what you pay for. There are several problems with this: 1) Grip very small 2) Grip made of foam and not rubber. It is very easy for someone to slip and injure their chin or back. 3) If you're over 80KGs the metal rod might not sustain you. 4) The product was covered in dust when it arrived.

Very good works well and is not expensive

It's a very useful tool for ab exercises and core strengthening. The design is good. So is the grip and the smooth movement of the wheels. It's a good product and complete value for money.
