Perfect for post op pain and migraines!
We adopted a dog undergoing heartworm treatment and his lower back was so swollen. Vet told us to see if he preferred cold or heat and these have been perfect! Cold to help with swelling, heat it up to help with stiffness. I bought several and they’re also great for my migraines.

Very comfortable but doesn't stay cold all that long
If you need on and off heat or cold this is a great beaded pack. It is nice and thin and very flexible with the small beads, making it extremely comfortable. The blue side is a softer material and actually helps it stay in place wherever you put it. If you put it on from the freezer it stays cold about 10-15 minutes. So, if you need short increments this ice pack would be great. It takes a little while to re-freeze so I keep 2 of them on hand so I can swap them out. The size is really nice for a lot of areas. It works great for a pinched nerve in my neck or if you have a smaller area that needs ice or heat.

PERFECT adorable (ha) product
Love love love this products. I use constantly even though I have other large icepack products. I have RA and quite a lot of pain on and off. Because I like to travel, this product gets popped into the suitcase and thrown into the freezer (or even the frig is (darn) more resorts don't have freezers. I'm talking to you Disney. Therefore I have actually dumped it in ice buckets or simply thrown in frig when my stupid joints decide to act up. Get this: I own THREE of these. Just so darn handy.......HOT OR COLD. Love!

Great little Hot/Cold Gel Bead Pack
Love this little Hot/Cold reusable bead pack! Has come in very handy for me. Perfect size and stays hot for a long time. Haven't needed it cold yet, but sure it will impress me then also. would recommend.

Doesn’t freeze, doesn’t stay cold
These are the worst ice gel packs. I bought ones that *look* similar from cvs, that work great. These don’t actually freeze or stay cold. The little gel beads have a lot of air around them and it never forms a solid icy block no matter how long it is in the freezer. No point in buying something that doesn’t do what it is designed and advertised to do.
