Works great.

Very impressive for a cheap tool. Inserts are holding up better than expected. Wouldn't pass for a machined finish but way nicer than a grinder.

I used this tool on some steel body armor for a Jeep. It came with no instructions for usage, only for disassembly. I was able to use it straight out of the box after figuring out how to attach the bits, though there’s no stop to prevent them from spinning. After a few good passes, the tool seized up. When I took it back to the bench, I found that metal shavings from grinding had jammed inside. I cleaned it out, adjusted the depth, and added some gear oil. To keep it lubricated, I had to add oil to the air port regularly, but metal pieces still occasionally got inside, requiring me to break it down and clean it again and it does heat up a bit after long usage (~5 mins). Overall, I’m happy with the product for the price, but it’s definitely not intended for industrial use. The bits are very durable—I’ve been using it for the past three weeks, about 2–3 hours a day, and they still cut through steel easily.

Using in a machine shop and is holding up great. Bought this to eliminate a chamfer operation and it worked great for over 200 work pieces. It is a noisy tool and you are definitely going to want some hearing protection.

It does great no burr. After parting something off deberring it was time consuming but not anymore.

I'd give it 5 stars if it wasn't so LOUD.

This little Chamfering tool is always at arms length in my shop. it really speeds up post production of the metal cleanup. I wish the carbide inserts where a better quality though, they do not last too long. DD

I love this product. I’ve been a machinist for 23 years and only now have I found this item. It’s great for deburring parts and making finished chamfers. You can’t turn the piece with power if it’s in your chuck, but turning it by hand while in the machine leaves a nice chamfer. I showed it to my boss and he bought one for the company as well! 👍👍

Outil de qualité, c'est vraiment mini environ 4 pouces 1/2 dans la main le moteur est très rapide. Par contre l'ajustement des hauteurs n'est pas super précis il aurait dû être avec des clics pour rendre ça plus précis.
