Doctor says nothing's broken and it will heal on its own by Christmas, but that doesn't do much good when actually using the finger causes it to hurt.Enter these splints. They're exactly what I need for my finger to heal. Wearing one of these splints on my index finger keeps it (mostly) straight and immobile. There's a few degrees of movement in the knuckle closest to the hand, but not enough to cause my finger to hurt. This is winner.Best thing about them? They're adjustable to fit any width - not length - fingers, without the need for reapplying tapes or gauze like I had to do when I was a kid.Worst thing about them? They're VERY easy to overtighten. But since they're so easy to overtighten, they're just as easy to loosen, so that's a nonissue.They seem like they're built to last. I haven't put them through the wringer yet but I have pulled on them quite hard and nothing's ripped or torn, and they seem to be water resistant if not waterproof.Good item. I can find nothing wrong with these. Don't hesitate to get them if you need them.

I wish I could buy more for just the thumb.

I suffer from trigger finger (surgery took care of my dominant hand but I still have it on my other hand) and I've struggled to find finger splints that are finger-specific. I've usually just used a full hand or wrist brace that will stop my from using the finger(s) in question. These finger splints have saved me a lot of trouble.These are comfortable and (relatively) easy to put on (I did struggle to put on the thumb splint and had to put it on my little finger for purposes of the photo).These are definitely recommended for anyone with finger issues or needing to splint just one finger rather than an entire hand.

I am using for trigger finger support. Relatively easy to use, but larger than my fingers. So far, so good. I can see where they would be helpful in an emergency for finger breaks or sprains until you can get medical help.There are no directions, I had to go back to the description to be sure I was using it correctly, and Recommend for trigger finger! Good price point.

I ordered these to keep in my first aid kit in case of a finger injury, or for those days when my fingers are feeling a little stiff and hard to unbend.It comes with a couple different sizes, and each one is sealed individually in a plastic bag. The bag is not quite tamper evident (not that a finger brace typically needs to be) and I don't think it's water proof, though the packaging should be somewhat water resistant.They are pretty simple, just a flat metal rod sewn into hook and loop fabric to wrap them around your finger. The longer metal strips held up well when I tried to intentionally bend them. You could probably bend them with enough force, though they are more than strong enough to hold you fingers in place. The velcro/fabric will likely come undone before it bends during normal use.For the price, it's not bad at all for four of these braces.
