A Set of 5 Resistance Loop Bands and a 6.5ft Straight Band for Workout, Exercise, Fitness, and Stretching

The media could not be loaded.  I workout at home and at the gym and I included side-to-side squats in my home workout routine and after about a week, it wasn't challenging anymore.I had been looking for a few days for a set and this one caught my eye. The multiple strength bands are the main benefit I wanted because I'm a beginner, so I have to start low and work my way up. I started with the green one, which is the lowest resistance one. I wrap it around the underside of my thighs and the upper side of my back and do the side-to-side squats. It's already quite difficult so I'm imagining it will be a few months before I work my way up to the highest resistance one. I don't know what to do about the the straight one, guess I'll use it for normal squats.The material feels nice to the touch and I like that they include a pouch in which you can carry the set.

These are great! I was skeptical to purchase because of the cost as I couldn't believe I would get good quality items for the price. But I don't regret it; they are sturdy. I work out at home using videos and after about two weeks I began seeing results in my legs and butt. I also love the extra long single strap that could be used for arms or other exercises (which most other brands do not have). Sadly I misplaced the original set I bought but I'll be ordering another one soon :) Buy it; you won't be disappointed.
