I bought this laptop for light work and online use, and it’s been fantastic so far. It starts up quickly, runs smoothly, and the screen quality is excellent. Super lightweight and easy to carry around. Perfect for home or travel!

Screen just went black in less then 24 hours
Well that didnt take long to become a brick. Took me 4hrs to get it running and transfer all my things (par for the corse now a days) used it today in a meeting for 10-15 minutes. Left the meeting now im looking at a black screen. Thats it. power button does nothing or the screen is shot. Im not sending it back i have some sensitive info on it that i didnt get a chance to secure. For it to end up who know where

Works for basic needs
Appears brand new. Specs are accurately advertised. Microsoft 365 free subscription is active for 1yr from date you subscribe/activate. The only issue I have so far is that my email app and other apps I've used for more than 10 yrs on numerous computers tend to go blank if left up but not in use. Not sure if it's the sites or this laptop so not giving 5 stars yet. Will update this review when/if I find the cause.

Quirky
It's beautiful, but I already have a problem. The battery percent hasn't gone down for several hours and I'm worried the battery isn't being read correctly. It also doesn't state how much time is left ton the battery. We'll see. Well, so far I'm not impressed. Just the basic task for watching YouTube is giving problems, lag, stutters... Becoming more disappointed by the hour
