Useful
These seem like decent poles. The height is adjustable, they are collapsible, they come with a carrying pouch and various feet options. We have bad knees and hips, and we like to go on hikes. These help, especially when going uphill.

Good set of folding aluminum trekking poles
I tend to take small hikes (5-10 miles) into the great outdoors, I have a pup tent that uses trekking poles for support, and I’ve been trying out tarp-tenting. So, trekking poles have multiple purposes for me. Going up or down grade, trekking poles are really useful. What you should know:- These feel sturdy and quality. Out of the box, you may have to tighten the cinch clips on the poles slightly to keep them from sliding down under weight, but that's super easy to do and afterwards they are tight with all of my weight leaning forward on them.- As shown in the listing photos, the kit comes with all of the terrain attachments, and a carry bag.- These are 135 cm in length, which I tend to prefer over 130 cm poles. At 6’1”, my forearms are slightly raised above parallel to the ground when these are fully extended.- 14 in. long when collapsed, which is slightly longer than stated the listing photo. One pole, without any terrain accessories attached, weighs 280 grams, which is less than the listing photo states for a 135 cm pole. (actually the stated weight for the 110 cm option). So by my measurements, the dimensions are a little off, but insignificantly so to me.- The handles and straps are nice enough.Bottom Line:This is a basic but good quality set of aluminum trekking poles. Recommended for a first (or backup) set of poles.

Nice for the Price.
I'm 5'11" (180cm) and these fit me correctly. They had some room to be adjusted shorter (5cm) and a lot of room (10cm) to be adjusted taller. These are very similar to all my collapsing hiking poles and they do fold to a smaller size than my other hiking poles. Overall I like them but they do have an issue that my other poles do not have. I will probably use the more when I'm tarp camping and need a support pole since these have a large amount of adjustment.I like to use the Boot Tips and that's where the issue lies. There is nothing to stop the lower portion of the pole from turning so once you install the Boot tip it can rotate so it is sideways or backwards. If you use any other tip or basket this is a non issue.

they are okay I think
Don't have other hiking poles ro compare to. Unfortunately even after reading, I am unable to figure out how to keep the poles together without it coming apart on its own. I thought I got it once but then it didn't work again. They are portable and light weight. Easy to use otherwise. They are long. Comes in set of 2. Easy storing bag. They can only be used for hiking. They are stable when it holds together otherwise not so much.

Solid, happy knees, average pricing
Disclaimer: I received the product (BISINNA Hiking Poles Collapsible Trekking Poles Aluminum Alloy Hiking Sticks 2 pc Lightweight Adjustable Folding Stick for Women Men Walking Sticks with Quick Lock System (Black, 115-135cm)) from Amazon's Vine Voices program in exchange for an honest review.Summary: I’m so pleased! And more importantly, my knees are pleased! (heh… that almost rhymes)Pricing Opinion: At time of receipt, it was priced at 28 USD. This is middle of the pack pricing for a casual user trekking pole. The fancy ones are made of high tech materials like carbon-nano-something and cost 130 USD. These are not that.Pro:+Solid, even when I essentially use them as hand stilts taking all my (admittedly scarce) bodyweight+Convenient and easy to put together and take apart!Con:-A little heavy for a serious hiker/backpacker/thru or section hiker. I presume we aren’t those because such a person knows not to shop at the 30 USD price point.

Seem to be well constructed but durability questionable
First I should explain that I never use hiking poles, I just do not like them. However, people keep telling me and I keep reading that they help you avoid knee and back injury by taking some of the weight off your legs and are especially important when carrying a heavy backpack, so when these were available for review I decided to try them out. They seem to be very well constructed with quality materials, easy to extend to their full length, easy to adjust the length and pretty solid once they are extended and locked in. The listing says they are made with aircraft grade aluminum alloy. I tested the weight of a single pole with the rubber tip and one of the screw-on "mud tips" and found it weighed 302 grams or 10 3/4 oz.The only question I have is about the durability of the design. Instead of telescoping the sections to collapse the pole, the separate sections have metal ends that fit together and are held together with a steel cable that runs through the center. You have to simply pull out the top section to snap into place and the cable pulls tight to hold the sections together. This seems to work just fine, but I wonder if the cable would eventually stretch or rust and if the snap mechanism might eventually break.
