Great, accurate, dual probe thermometer.
The dual probes allowed me to cook two Prime rib roasts at the same time. They both turned out perfectly for our Christmas dinner. These thermometers are very accurate.

**WARNING** BRAND DEDICATED-DO NOT BUY FOR A DIFFERENT UNIT!! **WARNING**
I have about four or five different wireless units. I did buy these for my Riida unit. However, when they arrived...I grabbed the first unit I saw and plugged them into it. The plugs themselves are a tiny bit smaller in diameter. But, they did plug and click in place. They read 20-30 degrees hot. I was bummed. But, I decided to check them in the Riida unit. They worked as expected. +- 1-2 degrees. So, they seem like a good product (I haven't cook tested them yet. I'm sure they will be fine). Just a fair warning...THEY ARE NOT A UNIVERSAL PRODUCT. Very brand specific. All my other probes work in any of my other units. Not these.
