Twisters - Collector's Edition [DVD]

If you haven’t seen Twisters yet, you gotta check it out. I love the original Twister, one of my all-time favorites. This follow-up was actually solid. They didn’t mess around with the tornado scenes they’re insane. It’s got that same rush, but updated and crisper.I caught it in theaters, and it was intense. But it looked just as epic at home on my 70-inch OLED. Like, no drop-off in quality at all. The sound, the visuals still hit.What I really liked was how they wove in the science without getting too nerdy, and the characters actually made you care. And since I’m kind of obsessed with tornadoes, that was a nice touch just like the original.Definitely worth the watch.

I love a good natural disaster movie and this one was really good. We have tornadoes where I live and they have always fascinated and scared me.

Great movie

If this had been done up like a true sequel, I can almost guarantee I would NOT have liked it. When the original came out, it was okay for the time. Being a meteorologist and a former chaser, though, it was disappointing. As portrayed, tornadic storms do not come up and behave like it has intelligence. But it was a theatrical movie, not a documentary. The new movie was even more so, and it was no pretense that it was a movie, even a chick flick. They could have cast it better, a native Oklahoman doesn’t speak with an English accent, although she does good at trying to cover it.

Loved this movie, good sequel to the original Twister.

Wow, what an incredible movie, I loved it just as much as I did the original. Buy this movie, you won't be disappointed!
