It's really beautiful and looks great on the counter. So shiny! But the best part of course is how it makes waffles. The instructions say to spray it with oil before using it, but i don't like to make a mess, so i seasoned it just like i do every nonstick surface upon receipt. So when you first get it, do it like you are doing any pan that needs seasoning: Oil it lightly with corn or canola oil, let it soak in, wipe off the excess.Here is the recipe I used that everybody just loves, this is the easy way, so If you are a gourmet, don't read this, lol. Lightly coat the waffle trays with a brush (I don't spray cuz it makes a mess.) Do not use a lot, you only need a teeny tiny bit of oil. Set the waffle maker to 5 and let it heat up 10 minutes. Get one package of the muffin mix that has all the different flavors, and make the PANCAKE mix recipe, NOT the muffin mix. The PANCAKE/WAFFLE recipe is: 1 package (we love the blueberry) add 1 egg and 2/3 cup milk. If you like a cakier waffle, you could probably use less milk, but we like our waffles light and fluffy. Pour about 1/2 cup on each side and let cook 8 minutes. They come out just the way we like them, light, fluffy, just a little crispy at the edges and on the tips of the squares. YUMMY.I love this. It is awesome.Cleaning is the only thing i am not crazy about... the instructions say just wipe it with a damp cloth, and ok i will do that with the cooking plates, but there is the space between the plates that you HAVE to clean like with soap or you will get bacteria so I don't agree with "wipe with a damp cloth" because to me that is not enough. I will clean the cooking trays with a damp cloth, but if anything sticks to them, I will use a soft toothbrush and because of the bumps, yeah, that's going to be a pain, but you have to have the squares to make waffles.This is really a great item and it is small enough to not take up a lot of space on the counter, but makes good size waffles. This is amazing. I love the setting options for temp and doesn't need to be greased. The size is perfect and with 1/4 cup of mix it doesn't over flow and never fails.

Now I don't know when you'd ever want to make just one waffle, but if you do, this thing is great for that. It's got two separate heating irons (one next to the other) that not only individually open and close, but also heat separately.I never make enough batter for just one waffle (and they freeze great so making extra is always a good idea), so I use both sides at the same time. It's non-stick and really easy to get the waffles out when they are done. The waffles toast up nicely and the heating elements can be increased from level 1 to 5. It's easy to clean as it just wipes right off with a damp cloth.Only a couple of downsides to this one. First, the waffle plates are not removable. This would make it easier to clean them. Second is there isn't any indication as to when the waffles are done, so you need to use some trial and error to figure out just how long it takes to get the waffles done to your liking and then time each one as you go. There are two sets of lights on the top, but those only indicate that the unit is on and when the heat source is ready to go.All in all, it's very easy to use and clean. It's definitely a nice waffle iron.

The media could not be loaded.  This is an incredible waffle maker! It has the two separate sides that you can use simultaneously, or together. Ot has the adjustable knows for the heat level you'd like for different waffles finishes and it works for other foods too. The waffles cook quickly and they're incredible size. I also like to butter bread and make waffle shaped grilled sandwiches.It heats perfectly, throughly, and quickly. I also love that it's easy to store and doesn't take up a lot of space.

It's okay. It heats up pretty quickly. It is not as easy to clean as I was hoping. It's a very basic waffle iron and I'm not a big fan of it. We use it every so often

My family loves waffles, but our old maker was finally dead. I've used other Belgian waffle makers, but they take ~8 minutes per waffle. Feeding a family of 4 takes a long time! Enter this beauty. It's a simple waffle maker, but making two at once saves a ton of time. Otherwise, it's pretty straightforward. Each side has an independent temperature control and indicator light so you can satisfy the golden-brown and nice-and-dark crowd simultaneously. Just preheat, add batter, and close the lid. I do wish it had some sort of audio indicator when it was hot, but that's a nit.

Not a bad waffle maker. This morning I unboxed it, washed it and then preheated it while mixing up some waffle batter. I had both sides on three and when the light was green I misted it with olive oil and added the batter. All in all the waffles came out good. One side stuck a lil bit on the top plate yet they cooked fine.I wish this unit you could remove the cooking surface and wash them instead of having to put the whole unit in the sink to rinse off. Would make cleaning it easier yet all in all this is a decent waffle maker.

Super convenient being able to make 2 at a time, works great.

This is a plastic body waffle maker that is very lightweight with a decorative stainless steel top plate. Looks good on the counter.Having two waffle pans would definitely speed up the cooking process.Unfortunately mind has had something come loose internally, so until that is resolved I can not give it a fair assessment. Will update soon.

This waffle maker from brand YASHE is a heavy duty machine, but it still looks right at home in my kitchen, I prefer waffles to basic breakfast toast, any day of the week.I ordered the black version with silver top, and I am not sure if it comes in any other colour options but this is great for my needs. It has a Belgian pattern for waffles, multiple heat settings, and it bakes the waffles evenly. It also accepts any kind of waffle mix, even homemade, so long as you know what you're doing.Overall, very happy. 5 stars.
