Finally!!!!
I have used several zinc products, and most of them make me nauseous for some reason. I ordered this one, eat a little bit of something before I take it. This is the first zinc product. I have been able to take without being nauseous. Very happy.

Plant based zinc is best
Blood work recently showed I am deficient in zinc. I had been taking another brand, but obviously it wasn't helping. This one seems to work for me.

Seems okay
I pulled the capsules apart and just simply eat the inside powder and it tastes pretty good, got a cinnamony taste to it. Not sure if it does anything for me but trying it for now.

Fantastic quality plant based zinc
I've been incorporating a zinc supplement for over 10 years now. This is a premium quality vitamin, slightly higher price point but so far it seems well worth it for the benefits.
