Our Cook’s Essential water dispenser which we had for many years had served its time and needed a replacement. We decided to opt for this one by Cook’s Essential and very glad we did. Our old one didn’t dispense a chosen amount and stop automatically so if you were distracted you ended up with your worktop swimming with water! This one lets you choose various levels and is so easy to to use, also lets you choose how hot you want the water to be. It also has a water filter. Looks smart on the worktop and doesn’t take up a lot of space.Would definitely recommend this machine.

I am totally blind and have used this product for a few days now.. Having put markers on the touchscreen,, it is extremely easy to use… for me, the lock feature is definitely a plus because it means I will not press something by accident until I unlock the machine.. Added to this, any time you change the volume or temperature level a beep sounds so it is very clear. And easy to remember the number of beeps for 100° and the number of beeps to reach 250 or 300 mm of liquid for the volume.. Absolutely brilliant. Added to this, if you don’t turn off the power, the machine remembers the last setting so it is just a question of pressing the unlock key and then the start key, and bingo! after a few seconds, you have a lovely hot cup of tea.. also the water tank is really easy to fill either with a little jug or by taking the tank away and filling from the tap. another excellent feature is that it has a filter within it. So you are assured good quality water.., and did I say that the temperature reaches 100° whereas with many similar products it only reaches 85. yet another extremely useful thing is that when the water runs low the machine emits a couple of beeps, so making you aware of this as well.. All this adds up to an amazing product, I would highly recommend it.. it is streets ahead of other similar products I have had in the past.

I was a bit sceptical in regards of what energy saving a kettle could offer. As this can be easily programmed for the amount of water needed by adjusting the setting for cup size, this reduces the time taken when making a drink. Not boiling unnecessary water, but being precise with the correct amount. Reduces energy by being exact with water dispensing.Highly recommend

The media could not be loaded. I had no idea the level of pleasure that could be delivered with a new hot water device. It’s so hot it even has a warning sticker. Plenty of room in the reservoir for my giant cup requirements. Tea tastes better having been brewed at the required 100 degrees (unlike my previous Breville one cup device). It looks pretty and is slightly Industrial Revolution like in its generation of steam! I like it but is not your £10 cheap kettle so if that’s what you’re looking for go elsewhere.

overall its ideal its refillable and its convinent the four stars are because now and then it leaks somehow and the heater dispenser parts a bit rigid where the water does not always dispurse smoothly but it does fill the cup but overall grab it its worth it

This is an excellent product. It delivers hot water quickly, while saving energy. It is well designed and fits easily into the kitchen, using limited space while having a 2.7 litre capacity. The boiler is easy to operate, with digital controls. The instruction book is, unusually, easy to understand!

Starts off great, heats fast. Have to descale every 3-4 weeks but even after descaling the water doesnt run smoothly so I've had to put a tea towel under the machine to catch all the water that spurts everywhere (it doesnt all go in the cup or get caught in the tray). Also after a few months the measurements are very different (I can make 2 cups of 300ml and they are very different amounts of water, the same goes for 200ml or 250ml or 100ml).Expensive machine for the hassle and cleaning up you have to do after making a cuppa. I tried contacting customer service/after sales and they just tell me to clean and de-scale the machine. Unfortunately it no longer helps with the water flow or the quantities of water given (it did the first couple of months but now I've had enough and changing to another brand).

So far so good.Easy to use love the fact you can have hot or cold water.Highly recommend it.I'm very happy with it.
