This are ok for one trip, what you would expect for the price.
We bought these for a hunt when we knew we would be crossing marsh and creeks but did not want to have to pack heavy waders. They worked out fine for that trip but are basically disposable. These waders will not fit over your shoes, so plan on taking off your shoes if you need to put them on to cross a creek. they also got holes in them and started to leak after on the first trip we took with them.

Works
For the price, you can't beat these waders, however, I would not expect them to last more than a few uses. Made of very thin material that could puncture easily. The sizes are also huge. I am 5'5" and got the smallest size available which was a medium which would fit someone who is 6'5" easily. I wore these to go surf fishing on the beach in California in November. Wearing sweatpants underneath, it was not too cold to stand in the surf. I had also read that puncturing the waders was very easy, so I took extra precautions and wore socks over the outside of the waders before putting on my water shoes. I did not experience any leakage and the waders still look like they can be used.In conclusion, I think if you take good care of them and are cautious about not puncturing them while in use, they will serve you well. I am giving this a 4 star review because this is not a perfect product and really should be treated as a disposable product, but for the price, you won't find anything else that compares.

It is what it is.
These are very cheap. They wont hold up for long hikes through the woods to the river. They will keep you dry and will last if you are careful. Very light weight and that is why I got them. The summers here are hot and some days I can just go in shorts and sneakers. Some days I don't feel like getting wet for whatever reason and these come in handy. If they get a hole I will just spend another twelve dollars.

Good for stockingfoot use
I opened these waders up but did not wear them because I wanted ones that would go over my boots for creek crossings while hunting. These would not survive the gravel bars where I hunt as they need to function as a stockingfoot wader as the material is the same thickness everywhere. 1

Be sure to read the sizes!!
The "waders" are great!! I had a serious injury to my leg and could not get the area and bandages wet at any time!!!! I had an appointment with a Landscape company to study my in-ground sprinkler system and make recommendations. This meant that I had to locate the sprinklers and set them for the company. I could NOT get the leg bandages wet!! Period!! We, my wife and i quickly ordered the waders - They arrived on time and I was not droned in the waders..... However, in haste we did not look for sizes, we thought they were XL which was large for me but OK. They were XL and XXL. However, Problem solved and i do not get my leg nor bandages wet. I did not get the leg or bandages wet Doc. !!!

fabric is much too fragile
I gave these waders a one star rating, meaning "do not buy". The fabric they are made of is much too fragile, and is easy punctured or torn while putting the waders on, before they ever get in the water. When put under a little tensile stress, V-shaped tears are made in the fabric. Such tensile stress can occur if a wader leg is twisted when the waders one donned. If one is sitting on a log or rock while donning the waders and the log or rock has a little protrusion, that protrusion will poke a hole in the fabric, even if the protrusion is so small the user doesn't hardly feel the presence of the protrusion. The wader's feet are ridiculously large, giving credence to the other reviews saying it is intended that the waders are to be worn over boots. But, with the fabric being so fragile, I can't see how one could walk with the waders over boots and not tear the waders. Additionally, these waders are not much lighter than normal, breathable waders - I can hold a pair of these waders in one hand and my normal (Simms) waders in the other hand, and I can't feel a difference in weights. I don't see any use for these waders.

Work great for mucking my pond!
I bought these, and the thigh high waders of the same brand/style, to muck out my pond and pull cattails. I am not a small woman and "quality" waders for someone my size and height are $300-$400...and they are typically made from neoprene and pvc rubber so they are wicked hot to work in. These are lightweight, fit well over my boots and are easy to move around in. The straps are nice elastic and stay up well. I fell backward twice into the muck while pulling out a belligerent cattail and I stayed nice and dry. They are thin, so I would only walk on grass or in the pond smush...never on a rocky surface as I think they would tear pretty easily. Oh, one more thing...I wore my wellies on my feet inside these waders, and I never got stuck in the muck. As I would pull my foot out of the muck to move around, these are loose enough to combat the suction, but also do not pull off the foot so they stay where they should and do not pull your entire wader down your leg. Highly recommend.

Thin but do serve the purpose for the price
Sent a XXL instead of medium that I ordered. I was surprised sizing was that off. Had to use anyway because i needed it the next week and could not wait for a return to happen. I hiked them up to my neck and double crossed the straps. Not pretty, but served their purpose. Regardless of large size I recommend wearing water socks to prolong their life as they are very thin and would not last long walking on a bumpy water bottom. Tried rubber boots first but they just filled with water and made it tough to walk. Water shoes worked better. Did puncture after a few uses, but I used duct tape inside where puncture was and they lasted a little longer. Decent price for what you get.

Good value, lite duty
It's pure thin rubber type material and if you stretch it, it will tear but it's what I expected and for what it's worth it's well enough made. I only wanted it for emergencies just to keep handy as we've been having flooding in areas nearby. My rubber boots are a glove fit with warm type socks and putting these on made a snug fit. Had I bought thicker more expensive waders I wouldn't have been able to put the boots on. That said they didn't rip cause it was tight getting off the boots. There's a little inside chest pocket and I'm 5' 10" 170lbs and it fits well with room to spare. Good for lite duty occasional stuff. For that time you regretted throwing your $500 Arnold Palmer golf clubs into that pond while wearing Gucci everything these would have come in handy after you realized your mistake and you had to wade in to retrieve them.Four stars for the value at this price, but definitely not for heavy usage.

Not exactly as in the picture
The picture showed two legging with what looked like thicker material on the sole of the "pants" Package arrived very quickly but what came are chest waders (as in description) thin material with no added layer on the soles. Just the same thin materials. Im glad I bought these to check them out before I made my purchase of 100 of them to add into our stream salmon count kits. With a bit more protection on the sole (as I thought there would be) these would have been ideal

Decent product especially at this price point
Product was delivered very quickly and was as described. I am familiar with the vinyl stocking foot waders as I already had a pair from many years ago that needed replacing. The quality of this item is on par with what I previously had. I figure if I look after these they will last a good while. A couple of things to note; as some reviews have commented, these fit large. I am 6' approx 170 lbs and the M/L size is just right with enough give in the knees and seat to allow for proper movement when fishing. The straps are not adjustable but seem to be OK for my height. Others may have preferred an adjustable strap to allow for proper fitting. Overall I am pleased and would definitely order these again.

I highly recommend it!!
I don't understand why people give this wader a bad review, because my experience with it is that it is an amazing wader!!It is the cheapest you can find, but it doesn't mean it is bad... I took it out to the lake yesterday (had to get rubber boots first though) and I loved walking all over the place. I was able to reach trees and branches, structures where bass hide, etc. I had a blast!!The only thing that went wrong is that I slipped on the mud and fell in the water, but that was my fault...It had no leaks, the pvc feels strong and sturdy. It is pretty baggy though, keep that in mind, the boots I bought I got them a whole number bigger to fit all the bagginess. This is a wader that will not keep you warm, if the water where you live is cold then get a neoprene wader. But where I live is a warm climate, so this is perfect for me!!
