Good performance and Installation, But Unclear Pricing Details
The product looks great and seems to work well. However, there's a lack of transparency in the installation pricing—what was communicated by Elica customer support differed from what was actually charged. That said, the installation experience itself was excellent. The technician was knowledgeable, humble, and provided a clear and helpful demo.
