This pizza dough proofing box is a fantastic purchase—absolutely worth the investment. The smooth interior surface makes it easy to remove dough, even after several days of fermentation. I use a plastic scraper or spatula, and the dough lifts cleanly, which is essential—sticking dough can ruin the structure you've carefully developed.The lid is also thoughtfully designed with enough weight to stay semi-air-tight, creating ideal proofing conditions. Another key benefit is the size. I specifically chose this model because it fits comfortably on a fridge shelf while still leaving space on the sides. Many other options are bulkier and take up the entire shelf or stick out too far. This one gets it right on all fronts.

Usually I prefer the style of dough box with an airtight seal from the boxes interlocking, however these worked great. The lid keeps air out but enough room to breath. I fit 3x 200g doughballs per tray and fermented for 72 hours, proofed for 3, and they had more than enough room. Less ferment/proof and they probably could’ve fit 4 per box.I’m not going to wash these in a dishwasher though to make sure the functionality stays the same.

Product worked well. Although lids do not lock, dough balls did not dry out and they released from the smooth surface easily. Held 6 280g dough balls easily after proof. Nice fridge size and price.

These seem pretty nice! Ive only used them once so far. Unboxing them, they feel substantial and quite heavy. The price is quite a bit much for what is essentially a tub of plastic, though.Having said that, my pizza dough proofed nicely, didnt stick, and the lid worked well. As others have said, it doesnt fully seal and lock into place. It does slide around a little. Not a huge deal though, didnt seem to impair the proofing. Overall, Im pretty happy with it.

Not too bulky and easy to store in cabinets when not in use. I would say this is a great purchase as the dough was easy to roll out after proofing in this box. Just be mindful when putting it in the fridge as it takes up some space.
