Printer Friendly
I bought this paper to print photos to decoupage on wedding favors that I was creating. They printed beautifully in an HP printer.

Color
This was supposed to be white and it looked more tan. Had to send back not what I expected

Beautiful, natural look
There are so many uses for this paper, but I will be using to press flowers in between so that they leave their color on the paper. It has a very natural look with clearly visible plant parts in the paper. Would be great for custom card making, as well. Just an overall great quality crafting paper.

Interesting paper for watercolor
This paper is very thin (it looks dark in my picture because you can see through it to the black clipboard behind it), but holds up well while painting. Painting on it was different than other papers. When it's wet, it looks a lot darker (maybe that would be less true if I didn't have the black clipboard behind it) because the water soaks all the way through. It takes colors well and has interesting texture and bits of leaves scattered through it. Some of my paint did soak through to the other side, so you probably want to put something behind it if you're using wet media. But other than that, this is great and took several layers with no problems, despite being incredibly thin.

Not Great for Cyanotype
I ordered this Benvo 50 Sheets A4 Natural Mulberry Paper to use with the cyanotype process.I love the look of this paper, so I was really hoping that it would work for cyanotype. Unfortunately, it is not a good candidate for that water-based process. I found that the paper did not accept the cyanotype emulsion uniformly, and that the water-based emulsion caused significant rippling. The rippling got worse as the paper dried. I nevertheless made an exposure on this paper and took it through the develoment and washing process. It performed poorly. It was difficult to keep the paper in one piece. This is a common occurence with thin papers, and they often need to be suspended between two pieces of screen while washing.I've also been working wiith alcohol gel transfers using hand sanitizer. Again, it became difficult to handle the paper once it was soaked with hand sanitizer. Transfers were not complete because of the texture of this paper. If an item performed this poorly, I would normally be assigning a rating or 1 or 2 stars. However, the listing clearly states that this paper does not do well when wet. There is nothing in the listing that suggests that this paper is a good candidate for cyanotype. It would be disingenuous to downgrade the rating because the paper did not work for a process that the listing specifically warns against (getting the paper wet.) Instead, my rating is based on the look and feel of this paper and the overal value.

50 sheets, visible textured fibers, translucent, cream colored paper. Thick tissue paper feel.
This paper is about 8.25"w x 11.75"L, looks beautiful and, would be nice in card making, scrapbooking or, art collage. There are 50 sheets of cream colored, paper that feel like thick tissue paper with visible textured fibers. It is translucent or easy to see through and, easy to tear leaving a soft edge if, that is desired.

Gorgeous!
This mulberry paper is absolutely gorgeous! It's relatively thin, with an interesting organic texture and lots of colourful bits included. I've been using it to create abstract watercolour paintings and mixed media projects. I'm very happy with this product and I will be ordering more.

*don't try to erase normally on this*
The fibre texture adds a really interesting aspect to the art, I'm enjoying working with it !! It's not the best for pencil work, I'd suggest using softer mediums like charcoal, chalk pastel, etc. Ballpoint pen also works really nicely, but be careful not to rip the paper - it is very soft. Erasers will tear up the paper, use kneaded erasers and dab to erase charcoal, don't rub it ! Altogether it's really fun to work with, you've just got to work with the properties of the paper

1 side is smooth, the other textured
soft and delicate sheets that let light and colour through. One side is smooth flat, and the other has some texture of the different fibers. It is very absorbant, do not use ink alcohol markers as it will bleed.I plan to test it out with watercolours, but have not done so yet. Will need to try it out on the smooth side to reduce bleeding.

This paper is yellow, and it looks dirty
The paper is yellow tinged. The last two pages were completely unusable because they were a dirty brown. It’s supposed to be white!

Nice for multiple crafting and art purposes
This Benvo 50 Sheets A4 Natural Mulberry Paper is nice for multiple crafting and art purposes. It is fairly transparent, as seen in the photo with the size information. It is quite natural in colour. If you’re looking for something more bleached or white, this is not it. The slubs throughout the paper is nice. There is quite an odour when you open the package so you may want to let it air out a bit.I think it’s a good value, 50 sheets for $19.99 (list price at the time of this review).I definitely recommend it.
