1st off it's much smaller then what you are led to believe. Ok contents are a box and 3 suction cups how hard can it be. Ok so I open the box to 5 suction cups 2 which were melted and unusable. Some fit but also slip back out(see pics) as they had holes. That would be great if there were pins to hold them in. I had to use Bobbie pins I found. The others cups ends are too big and it's hard plastic so you cant get it in the hole to make fit.. Let me get instructions... oh that's right there isnt any so I dont even know if these were correct. Besides all those annoying issues I'm keeping it because birds and squirrels do like itmIf you are the seller reading this. Order your own product and you will see the frustration.

For the price, this little window feeder could be a great value BUT... There is one big problem - the suction cups do not stay attached to the feeder. To correct this issue, I made cotter pins from paper clips and then inserted the pin through the pre-drilled hole in the suction cup. Once the pin ends are spread apart, the suction cup is permanently attached to the feeder. (See photos) Clean the window glass and suction cups well before you attach the suction cups and feeder to the window. The feeder will stay affixed to the glass.This could be a 5 star product and a great value but sadly it’s not. A buyer should not have to improve the product design just to get the item to work as advertised.

My son has been obsessed with bird watching lately. Our previous bird feeder died in the elements and the binocular expense was getting too high. He absolutely love this bird feeder as he can watch it from the comfort of his own bed when going to sleep and waking up early in the morning. The suction cups work but are not the greatest in the world I would recommend sending a few extra dollars and purchasing better replacements.

Was not impressed when I received my feeder. It was suppose to come with three suction cups and it only came with two. I cleaned the window and went to put the bird feeder on but the suction cups wouldn't even stick. Now I have to try and find new suction cups that fit this feeder.

The plastic is a little flimsy, it stays together on it's own fine, but I did worry about breaking it when I was putting the plungers in. No problem with them staying in and it sticks fine. Not bad for the price.

"Built to last a lifetime" it's made of cheap plastic and is much smaller in size than anticipated. It was also difficult to put the provided suction cups into the holes as they weren't the correct size.

Smaller than I thought but they are using it,we mainly have small bird's like finches so it's ok. The blue jays and doves are to big for it.

Sadly the feeder arrived cracked so we made a decision to return. Looked like it might have been fun to watch the birds use. Was a bit smaller than we expected but still a nifty feeder.
