Best for us Lactose Intolerant folks
Love this brand for high protein, high calorie meal replacement. I use water because milk makes it more like a shake. This drink always makes me feel full. I want to gain so the 600 calories is perfect (900 with milk). But it definitely replaces a meal (for me at least) . When I drink it I don't want to eat for several hours because I feel so full. The vanilla is the better flavor but it's still not considered delicious LOL. It requires 6 scoops so the big tub is the best to buy. It is also perfect for those of us who are lactose intolerant. It digests easily. I put it in a shaker bottle and chug it down as best I can. I tend to eat pretzals or something with it to get past the ok taste.

As advertised!
I gave this 5 stas because this product is so good. I have to have lactose free stuff because fighting cancer four times has left my stomich a mess. This product is very gentle on my stomich. I need the carbs to help me gain weight back and as long as these carbs meet at least the quality of a Big Mac from McDonalds I'm happy.FAQsQ: Why so manny scoops per serving?A: because the powder is packed with carbohydrates, not just protein.Q: will this protein help me loose weight?A: no! This is specifically a weight gain product. At 600 calories a serving a serving, I hope your not stupid enough to try loosing weight with it.Q: does this product have any weird chemicals in it?A: not that I can see. There's protein isolates, extra l-glutamine (most abundant non esentual amino acid in your body, but having more wont hurt you) , carbohydrates (questionable where they get them from but with the low salt content, it can't be that bad).Q: does it mix easy in a shaker?A: heck yes! This stuff is no thicker than the hydro whey I got from ON and even tastes better.Option:The only thing I wish the product had are hydrolyzed protein isolates instead of simply protein isolates. My body likes hydrolyzed protein a little more. However it is lactose free and hydrolysing protein is an easy way to rid protein of lactose - point being that maybe they did but it doesn't say so on the label. One last thing is that there's no creating mono hydrate in it. I suggest buying your own and adding it in if you like that, I do.Suggestion to others. This is an awesome product for those who want to gain weight and muscle, including mdical products, and yes i would recomend it to my friends. There is nothing comparable out there that is lactose and gluten free. This is simply the best for that purpose. As I said before, this is not a weight loss product so I hope your not stupid enough to buy it for that purpose.

Look Ma! I've got muscles!
I have always had a naturally slim build. I have a super fast metabolism and no matter how much I ate I always seemed to be at the same weight. After working out for a few years and still not seeing much different in weight or size I found this product and after just 2 months I have gained at least 15 pounds. I'm currently on my third order. It has a strong taste that takes some getting used to; it's very rich and delicious- like eating an Easter rabbit filled with butter...The results I've seen with this stuff is leagues better than any other I've tried. I only drink one a day right now but am thinking of doing two a day on lifting days. With two cups of whole milk it's over 900 calories and 72 grams of protein per drink. I'm not a doctor and I may be killing my metabolism with this but right now I'm loving the massive defined gains I'm seeing.

Better taste than most protein powders
Good price for a mass gainer and it’s lasted me a while since I don’t use the recommended serving size. The recommended size is I believe 4 scoops for 600 Cals but honestly that seems like way too much so I usually stick to one or two scoops with 2-2.5 cups of milk. The taste is decent but it still has the whey protein type if artificial taste which I know is a turn off for some people. I personally will add peanut butter or some ice cream or even Oreos to my protein/ mass gainer shakes to hide the protein powder taste. As for if the product is working. I’d say it’s hard to tell just cuz I eat like 500 other things per day in order to get more calories in but I’d assume the protein powder is doing what it should do. Overall I think it’s a good mix to try out if you are looking for something to add into your diet.

It's huge. Tastes good.
I got this to try and bulk up because my metabolism is crazy fast. It tastes good. If you are used to using Isopure protein, then this isn't any different. I got Vanilla so I could mix it. I usually do it with some fruit in a blender, but it's also good just adding water or milk to a shaker cup.

This stuff isn't too bad at all
This stuff isn't too bad at all. It's not Hersheys, but not bad. I actually use this for my granpa who has alzheimers. He's at a later stage and doesn't feel hungry the way a normal person does, but offer him milk and cookies and he goes after it pretty well.If anyone else considers this for alzheimers or other ill parties who need an extra boost to their food intake.I mix some in milk and have that available to him all the time.We mix it in with chocolate pudding, ice cream, shakes, etc.I also make cookies with it. I get Zero Impact Meal Bars (from VPX), add just enough milk (barely any) to further soften the already soft bars (easy for someone with few/no teeth and/or difficulty chewing), add a few scoops of this powder and a little sugar (stevia and brown sugar) to pull the sweetness back up. Then spoon it onto vanilla wafers and bake for about 10 minutes at a low temp. Drizzle with chocolate syrup or powdered sugar for looks. Comes out to about 60 calories (and all sorts of other good stuff) per cookie.

Best tasting protein
I haven't had it in about four years but it's just as good as I remembered it. Great taste and lactose free. This is the only shake I can drink right after the gym and within an hour I can eat a full dinner. It's six big scoops but it never bloats me. If I drink a muscle milk shake I'm full for the rest of the night. I'm so happy to have it back in my diet. The price went up quite a bit but it's worth it .

Taste: 10/10 !! Creamy, smooth and tastes good.My boyfriend has an extremely sensitive stomach and hasn't been able to take any other mass builder/protein without extreme pain and bloating. This hasn't caused him any problems yet! He just started taking it and so far so good. My star rating is based on taste and how easily it digests.
