I have owned several of these type of town rugs over the years because my comment now grown, kids love them. I have this one at my house for the grandkids and they love it. The rug is well-made, relatively thick, and has a border around the edge to keep it from coming apart. I’ve had to wash it once and it held up well and doesn’t curl up like many other rugs when you put them in the washer, definitely recommend

The mat is very soft, clean and bright color as shown as the image. It is decent size and thickness for the play area or living room. It is for at least toddler age kiddos to play and look through the different zones to learn. The mat is almost no odor after the package and the softness is amazing, good quality for kids use.

Our grandchildren absolutely love this Xyrjova play mat. This measures about 2 1/2 feet by about 4 feet, so it is small enough to put down just about anywhere. We have used it in the living room/den, in their bedrooms, and we have used it outside on the patio. We even rolled it up and took it on vacation for a clean, safe play area. This is very educational because it is in bright, primary colors, has lots of buildings that they can learn to identify, lots of activities that they can learn to identify, and what looks like roads so they can move their toys around the "village" in lots of imaginative play. The opposite side is a non-skid material, so the mat does not move around. This is great for any gender child and ages 2 to 6. It is easy to clean with a wet cloth.

My 2-year-old grandson has just discovered running small cars around the floor. We got this for when he comes over and he loves it! The colors are bright and there are things on it that he can recognise. All the sides are finished well so there's no chance of it coming apart as he plays. He can amuse himself for hours with this rug.

I got the small car playmat for my grandson. He has a small set consisting of cars trucks and tractors. He was so excited when I put the mat out he got all of his cars lined them up and started running them down the streets. He's two and a half years old. The Mats do get pricey the larger they go but older kids would most likely enjoy the larger ones, the small one is perfect for a toddler

The media could not be loaded.  First, I was SHOCKED at how soft this rug is! I have sensory issues (and so does my son) and I’m usually SUPER sensitive to sitting on textured fabrics/rugs for too long, but this rug does NOT present any sensory issues (also it’s not that GROSS soft that sometimes microfiber stuff is where it almost feels idk dirty bc it’s so soft it clings to you?😅)But besides being super soft it’s also super duper adorable!!! There’s all kinds of detail to the town (including a “Drive-thru” that bears an UNCANNY resemblance to Dunkin Donuts 😂 (see video)). It looks like it’s also designed at the corners to be able to be placed with more of these rugs to continue the roads if you wanted since the corners have road pieces that veer off by them (but don’t hold me to that—I only have one, but it looks like you could use more than one with each other!) my son has been THRILLED to have a whole towns worth of roads to drive his cars on and he’s told me multiple times how much he loves it 😊
