Best budget earphones
I bought these (twice) back in September 2024 (at the time of writing this review, that was 8 months ago) and I wanted to give them a lot of use before reviewing them. So, to explain why I bought them twice. I lost the case to the first pair while I was cycling - completely my fault as I forgot to zip up the pocket it was in and didn't realise until I got home. However, while I had this one (I believe around a month at that point), they were excellent. No problems whatsoever. The earphones also work perfectly fine with the case I bought for the second pair.I have used the second pair almost every single day over the past 8 months. The sound is still great, the case and earphones are in perfect condition, I've never experienced any connection issues, and the earphones hold the charge for a long time (I probably charge them once a week, I haven't kept track but it really isn't a regular thing).I don't find them to be too quiet, if anything, they can be quite loud when I'm listening to music while not doing anything else; if I'm cycling, they're loud enough. I haven't messed with the settings at all, that's how they came out of the box, so I can't comment on the app and the settings.I like the touch features and regularly use them to skip songs without having to touch my phone. They're easy to set up and to use.I bought them for £19.99, which I would say is incredibly cheap for how good they feel and sound. They're very light, so they're comfortable BUT I have had them fall out a couple of times - usually when I'm moving around a lot or when I'm putting something on my head (like my cycling helmet). I haven't had them fall out while I'm cycling, but I do put my helmet on in a way where my hair covers my ears a bit, so that probably helps keep them in.I have very small ears (I'm a 5'2"ish woman for reference) but find them very comfortable, which is rare for earphones because most are too big or are just uncomfortable. I've actually fallen asleep with them in more than once.I don't think these earphones will work well for those that love super heavy bass in their music BUT you can definitely get a decent bassy sound from them (I predominantly listen to metalcore, and some artists use EDM/dubstep in their songs, and I like what I hear still). They're definitely not tinny or hollow sounding. If you're looking for budget earphones that still sound good, I would highly recommend these!Edit: Just to add a little more information, I haven't tried these during a call, so I can't comment on the quality there.I have used these during rainy weather and I've not run into any issues. The touch sensitivity is a little off when your fingers are wet, but it's not a problem in my opinion.

Plenty of bass and more than loud enough.
So, these were a surprise! I've been looking for a set of open ear buds that have a decent amount of bass. Because of this I own 5 pairs. These are by far the best of the lot. Good sound staging and they do in fact have a really good amount of bass. It's pleasing, it's actually pretty thumping which is nice. They do need to be eq'd though to get the best out of them. For the record, rugged other own ear buds I own are, Baseus E16's, Realfit F2 Pro's and Tribit Flybit C2's. All of which have roughly the same amount of bass. By way of comparison, The Soundcore K20's have roughly twice to the times the amount, which is more than enough. They're also plenty loud enough. By far the best set I own. They're are 3 things though that could be better or irritate me a little. Firstly, there the earning appear to have a limiter that sticks when the bass is up high. It would be nice to be able to disable it. Another minor niggle would that it doesn't support multi point connections. It would be a nice to have, but it's not a deal breaker. Thirdly, and this is with the app, what would be cool is if your could increase the graphic equaliser to have at least 20 bands. Then the equaliser then becomes a mini mixing desk where toy can cut or boost the frequencies where the vocals and instrument lie. That would be very cool.

Generally OK, however one massive fail. Can’t turn them on without putting them back in the case!
Generally these are quite good, the sound is fine and the battery life seems to be quite good. However, remember to take the charging case with you at all times, as despite having touch sensitive buttons on the side, you can’t use these to turn the buds on! You have to put them back in the charger and then take them out again to turn them on! Madness!

Poor sound
These are awful. Constantly fall out my ears. Sound is so quiet, even if you download the app and try and improve the settings.I've used them a handful of times and hadn't used them for a while, when I came to use them again the right one was so quiet you could barely hear anything. No amount of changing settings has improved it, tried cleaning as suggested on the website still no difference. There are much better ones out there.I had some Boltune ones they were amazing but I've lost one of them 😔

Very impressed with these for the price can’t fault them
These for £20 are a steal, the sound great I have had some soundcores with the silicon ear tips that cost a lot more then these but couldn’t use the silicon anymore due to sore inner ears. Considering these are much cheaper the sound fantastic, have full app features for customising the sound and look and feel comfy in the ear. The only downside is the case is very plastic feeling but I guess thats how they keep the cost down and I purchased a silicon case to protect it. I think a mat case would look more expensive than the cheap glossy look. I really can’t fault these for £20 just shows you how other brands over charge for the brand name.

Good but faulty again
They are good, but I am on the second set where the sound is now only playing low from one earphone

love the app
folks are having a lot of trouble with these according to both reviews and even amazon warned me there were a lot of returns. Mine work fine weeks later. Use them every night. I've come to really like anker ear buds because you can configure them in the app, specifically what various taps do and also sound profiles. The light on the box is bright so at night on my bedside table i lay it facedown. The buds themselves are comfortable, the stalks a touch shorter than i am used to but that's not a shortcoming. The plastic is smooth, could be slippery under the right circumstances. Sound quality... i'm watching youtube on a tablet with them, i've tweaked the sound profile in the app and honestly, its fine. Some folks say they aren't good at deep bass and i'll admit i'm not banging out tunes with these but i've had a bunch of these style of buds and these sound as good as the best i've experienced elsewhere. You want really deep bass you probably go for a totally different kind of earphone.
