So I purchased the controller, out of the box it had some issues with the battery. No big deal beautiful device, left a review detailing battery issues and the customer service saw my review went out of there way to send me another controller. My postal service lost the package, go figure I alerted the customer service of the situation and without hesitation THEY OFFERED TO SEND ANOTHER TO CORRECT SOMEONE ELSE'S MISTAKE. 10/10 would purchase from this company again if not just for the actually nice device, the customer service that has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND! Honestly the best experience I have ever had with any customer service especially with a company as large as VOYEE. Impressed the CRAP out of me.

Works perfectly! It was easy to connect to my tablet. Its not big and bulky so depending on what size controller you like I would say it feels small but perfect for me. It is wicked light weight! Probably the lightest controller ive ever used. Lights work and are really cool. You can pick a solid color like green or red or which ever you like Or you can have it look like in the picture which does a slow fade change in colors which is really cool. Definitely worth the $17.99 I spent for it. The only part I dislike was tax raised it to $26... But still worth it

Update: The company contacted me and is going above and beyond to make this right. While it’s unfortunate we had this issue with the product, their customer support team issued a refund promptly and have even offered to send a replacement to us. That’s 5-star customer service in my book.Broken 5 days past the return window. Minimally used and generally well taken care of. No clue how it broke but clearly some cheap plastic tabs broke off and it can’t be put back together.

Bought the controller for my son who has limited time on the switch. The switch has been used less than 90 hours since we bought the controller so the total use time is likely less. Similar to other users the ZR button has broken and no longer returns to it's original position and sticks.

Do not use with Genshin Impact lol too many button combos to remember, much simpler to use keyboard and mouse. However, the functionality of the item works great, especially for games with fewer controls. Charged fast and could use it shortly after receiving the item.
