This product is very handy if you're prototyping circuits for the Raspberry PI and/or Arduino. It supportss all the PI versions including the PI Zero. It also supports many of the Arduino flavors including the Arduino Mega. There is also a slot for a half height or full height solderless breadboard. This holder is particularly handy if you're developing code for a PI and an Arduino at the same time since it holds both board types simultaneouslyThe holder is very well made. All the computers are mounted into metal inserts and all screws are included. The unit is very flat and could easily fit in a backpack. The injection modeled plastic base is pretty thick so it should be sturdy.Finally, there is a very handy card included that shows the Raspberry PI GPIO pinouts. Both the Broadcom and popular wiringPI library pinouts are provided on the 2 sided card.Overall, I am very impressed with the board. Not bad for under 9 bucks!

Anyone who does more with a Raspberry Pi than just slap it straight into a case will need one of these. It's not just for developing your own circuits and whatnot, but also quite helpful for setting up and testing simple peripherals, such as LCD screens and sensors. You'll also want a GPIO breakout board and breadboard to complete the set (I recommend  this one , which comes with jumpers and resistors, too).The only complaint is that the smooth plastic slides around easily on just about any hard surface, often with an awful ear-wrenching sound (like fingernails on a chalkboard), so you might also want to get a set of rubber or silicone feet.

I like the holder primarily because it allows me to go wi-fi with my Arduino Mega 2560 through my Raspberry Pi 3B+. Saying that means its not for beginner's to me because you have to have a fairly decent understanding of both the PI and the Mega. The only thing I don't like is that to change the Micro SD card on the Pi you have to remove it from the holder. I would buy this again.

3 star - because it is a half usable holder.Would be nice to have RAB holder just for Arduino or just for Pi.And Yes - for 2 boards, i.e. 2 Arduion (Mega, Mini, Uno,...) or 2 Raspberry boards.Or maybe place mount holes so any board could be installed.

When I purchased this it was a good price for what I received. It was exactly as specified but it is smaller than I thought it was going to be.

Son (11) loves the added sturdiness the base provides. He likes it so much we purchased a similar one for his Rasberry Pi. It’s sturdy. Afterwards he told me he could have made one with his 3D printer. Considering making him reimburse me the money for this item. Point being we highly Recommend.

Does exactly what it says it does in description.

The whole thing slides around a bit on my desk. A set of cheap rubber feat would go far. Also I'm using it with an Arduino Uno R3 and I can mount the board snuggly. The mini-USB plug can't be inserted fully because the base gets in the way. A few standoffs solve that but then I'm down a few standoffs.

I have this holding an Arduino Uno, a Raspberry Pi 4 and a 830 pin breadboard all at the same time. The screw holes for the Arduino and the Pi match the holes on the hold to make for easy mounting. All pins and connectors are easily accessible, including the micro SD card on the PI. I've been working though several tutorials for the Arduino and the Pi using the GPIO pins and the breadboard. This hold makes switching between them easy. My young son does the wiring while I do the coding. He even does some Scratch coding controlling LEDs and other simple components. This really simplifies his electronics learning experience.Pros: - holds Arduino and Raspberry Pi at the same time - all pins and connectors (power, video, usb, etc) are easily accessible - mounting screws match holes on Arduino and Pi - comes with variety of screws to hold different boardsCons: - none that I can think of - it does exactly what I bought it forConclusion: - recommended

J'ai mis 3 étoiles après avoir reçu ce kit - été 2018 - car l'un des pas de vis était bouché par des matières résiduelles, ce qui empêchait de fixer fermement la carte Arduino. J'ai signalé ce problème ici en français, mais le service au consommateur - qui ne parle que l'anglais - a insisté à plusieurs reprises par courriel pour en savoir plus et m'a proposé rapidement de m'envoyer un nouveau kit à ses propres frais. Je l'ai reçu deux jours plus tard et cela fonctionne parfaitement.Je remonte donc mon évaluation 5 étoiles pour la qualité et l'efficacité du service à la clientèle. Félicitations Agnès !!!I put 3 stars after receiving this kit - summer 2018 - because one of the screw was clogged with residual materials, which prevented to firmly fix the Arduino board. I reported this problem here in French, but the service to the consumer - who speaks only English - repeatedly insisted by email to know more and promptly proposed to send me a new kit to his own expenses. I received it two days later and it works perfectly.So I go back my 5-star rating for the quality and efficiency of customer service. Congratulations Agnes !!!

Very nice product !!! I put on the board an Arduino Mega 2560, a Raspberry Pi 3B+ (the Raspberry Pi 4 doesn't fit on this board according to UNIROI) and, of course, a breadboard :-)I had an issue when I received the board : there was no screws of the right size for the Arduino. I contacted the seller UNIROI and they were nice enough to send me the missing screws right away. Very please with the service I got from UNIROI.UPDATE: I just got a Raspberry Pi 4B and it fits perfectly !!! I added 3 more photos with the 4B replacing my 3B+. Also, I labeled each photo 3B+/4B.At one point in time, did a Raspberry Pi 4 (not 4B) existed?

This base makes a very nice platform for projects - the project can be built up and moved, stored temporarily, a very useful item. I would love to see a version that allowed two Arduinos to be installed - a standard Uno and a Mega. I have modified my base to do this - would buy more if it were available in dual Arduino configuration.

If you plan to play with your arduino or Pi, then this durable plate is a great addition to your kit. The plate holds either Pi or a variety of Arduino's and your breadboard. It's great for organizing your kit, durable and functional.
