I have super thick slightly wavy hair that I color treat to blend the gray. It’s a bit dry. I put this flat iron on the lowest setting and was able to smooth out the side of my hair easily. This is sort of a mix between a flat iron and a curling iron. I like it!

There's a learning curve to using the BeKind Flex 2-in-1 Hair Styler Hair Straightener and Curler and I'm still learning. It's nice that the end of the iron doesn't get hot, but I will would prefer if there was a stand so that it doesn't roll when I place it on my counter. I also like being able to set the temperature, but the dial that you turn to set it changes easily and I keep hitting it accidentally when using which changes the temperature. It is not too loud, but it has a blower-type sound when in use.

Overall I'm really pleased with this flat iron. I'm a guy, with a long beard, and I use it on my beard. It works great on my coarse, naturally curly, beard... so I expect that it would work even better on normal hair. It heats up fast, seems to maintain a stable temperature, and it's easy to use. I like the swivel cord, so it keeps the cord from getting tangled while using, and the heat plates glide smoothly over the hair (and doesn't pull it). I think it's a good value at it's current price, considering the quality. I'm sure there are better out there... but you'll also pay a lot more for them. This one works great for me, and I expect that it'd work great for you as well.I'd buy it again. - Recommended.

Tis heats very evenly & very fast. Seems to be safe for hair & not burning your hair or damaging it. I do like that the cord swivels to not get tangled. This makes it much easier to use without a tangled cord. It's a great size & easy to travel with. It holds up well & packs away easily.

What I like about the BeKind Flex 2-in-1 360° Hair Styler Flat Iron: I like that the light flashes red when it’s heating up and stays a constant white when it has reacher the temperature setting. The flat iron heats up fast. My hair went through the iron easily and without pulling on my hair. The outside of the iron does not get hot which reduces my risk of burning my skin when working with the iron. The cord swivels 360 degrees which helps to protect the electric cord from injury. There is a Velcro strap to help keep the cord secured when not in use. I use a high heat setting for my hair and this flat iron goes to 430 degrees which helps to iron flat my curly hair. The lowest setting of heat is 280 degrees. The controls are at the bottom of the iron which is helpful so I don’t change any settings accidentally while I am using the flat iron. I like that the iron stays closed and opens via the plate clip as it’s easy to store and use the iron. The iron is lightweight so I don’t experience wrist/hand fatigue. I did not experience any burnt hair smells or burnt hairs.What I dislike about the BeKind Flex 2-in-1 360° Hair Styler Flat Iron: I am not sure if the airflow technology keeps the iron cooler on the plate verses the iron just doesn’t heat high enough for my hair; it took more passing of the iron to get my hair to its usual flat with this iron

This hair straightener and curler has a nice build quality and looks premium.It's portable and has an ergonomic design. It's light weight compared to other similar products and is easy to maneuver.This hair straightener heats up very fast and the temperature control is also easy. The design makes it easy to style all types of hair. It's most suitable for straightening but with some practice its also makes curl and other styling easy.The 360 power cord helps to move and rotate this without tangling the power cord.When this heats up you can hear the sound of fan regulating the hot hair. Not sure if this really helps but it works faster and gives good result.Overall a nice quality product at a good price.

I really wanted to love this flat iron, but I simply don't It seems like it is trying to fix something that isn't broken. It is loud, cumbersome to use, and doesn't make styling my hair any quicker or easier. If anything, it's worse. The volume issue comes from the cooling function on the outside "barrel" of the curling iron, which I found to be a little useless.On using it for the first time, it did give off a very alarming burning smell. This wore off with time, and I have heard that it was potentially a protective coating burning off of the heat plates.It is very pretty, but there are better, cheaper options that are less loud to use.
